All good, dealt with a very friendly member of the team at Ace Cars (the one with a beard) who was very helpful. It was a quick turn around getting the car on the road and I'm very impressed with their service! My air con started playing up but this was 5-6 days after getting the car so no fault of the dealers, I will be getting this fixed soon.

They handled my enquiry really well and allowed me to test drive with no pressure. The guy I dealt with was honest and a pleasure to deal with. The car is perfect and I would certainly recommend!

The chap I dealt with at the dealership was very professional and a great help! The car needed some works doing before being ready to drive but the dealer reflected this in the price and got it done, so very happy about that! Overall it was a pleasant experience.

So far everything has been great with my new Merc, not had any issues with it. There was some confusion around the vehicle being taxed, which was a bit frustrating but I managed to sort it in the end. The actual buying process went smoothly and quick without issues. Giving a 4/5.

The team at Ace Cars couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish, especially with organising to have the car delivered to my door (over 400 miles away). They were super flexible during the sale - ie. pretty much completing the whole sale over text message due to me working full time. Would definitely recommend!🤩

Honestly one of the easiest experiences I had. Had a similar car prior so knew what I wanted, the service was straightforward, there was no messing me about, I would highly recommend them, the guys definitely know what they are doing. Not one complaint from me!
