I did have an initial issue with the window not going down fully, however I took it back to the garage and they sorted it for me quickly. I feel that the dealership does everything quickly yet efficiently. I wasn’t ever left waiting around. It was all straightforward from start to finish, so I have no complaints. Five stars from me.

We experienced a few teething problems with the car, but the guys at Ace Cars were helpful and arranged to get the issues fixed at a garage local to us. When picking up the car, they had changed the alloys as we had paid for and requested, and the part exchange process was smooth. It’s just a shame that we are now going to part exchange this car again, as there have been too many issues. In regards to the customer service, I can’t fault them, but the car itself was a let down.

There has been a couple of issues however the staff have been helpful throughout, I travelled down via train to get the car, so when I arrived I wanted it to just go quickly and it did, there was no waiting around or being messed about. I did come across an issue with the ABS Sensor and I can't fault the guys with how they handled this, they got it sorted straight away. I have had a few other things come up but I am just getting it sorted through the warranty I have.

Happy with the car and happy with the service, they helped when I had an issue and made sure everything was checked over for me. Very helpful and proactive staff, thank you.

So far everything has been good, I am really happy with my car, the whole process went smoothly.

I used to have a Mitsubishi Shogun for about eight years, and I loved the car, so I was specifically looking for another one when I came across the Outlander on AutoTrader, and they had one at Ace Cars. I went down to view the car, and the team there were nice and friendly, making it an easy process.

My time overall at Ace Cars was good. The salesman answered all my questions and took me for a test drive, so I would give it a solid 4 stars.

I came across Ace Cars when I was looking for a car online with low mileage and a good price. I was happy with how everything went at the dealership, and it was perfect. I have to give it a 5-star rating as there were no issues at all.

Back in July, I bought an Audi A3, and everything since the purchase has been fine. I thought they offered good service when we were at Ace Cars.

The salesman was very helpful, and the process of buying the car was smooth. The VW Tiguan I bought has been great so far, and I haven't had any problems.
