I've never bought a car before so relied on my Dad's advice. He started looking online for something suitable locally, and made me a shortlist to go through. We visited them all but it was Andrew James that really stood out. The guys at the dealership were so lovely! Super sweet and they gave us a really warm welcome which made me feel at ease immediately. The sales process was easy with no pressure, and was just generally a pleasure!

I really can't thank James & Andrew enough. We've got a little toddler so decided to upgrade our car, and saw a VW Tiguan on AutoTrader.. The guys were just 20mins down the road, so instead of picking up the phone we just popped straight down to have a look. The car had only just came into stock, but they rallied round and got it out for us to take a look at. There were a few bits & bobs that needing refreshing, but they promised it'd be perfect for us and it absolutely was 💕 We'd planned a family holiday to Wales, so they worked their magic and had the car ready for us in under a week. We've just completed our first family holiday down to Weymouth and back, so I thought now was as good a time as any to leave a review of the new motor! The BMW 3 Series Touring is absolutely spot on - I don't think we could've found anything better. Andy & James at the dealership were smashing. The customer service provided was excellent and they sorted any small issues immediately without us having to chase. Thanks for everything guys!

Living in a rural area and having hobbies such as shooting and off-roading means we use our LandRover's for what they were actually built for. We've owned a number of them previously but this is the first we've purchased from Andrew James. I liked their no-nonsense approach. - They're straight to the point and there's no BS. Based on my experience I'd definitely buy from these chaps again.

I'm about a 2-hour round trip from the guys at Andrew James Cars, so they weren't exactly on my doorstep. I'd been looking for a specific make and model for a while, ideally either a VW or Audi as they're known for their reliability. I also wanted something with a decent sized diesel engine, so was pleasantly surprised when I spotted the perfect Audi A1 on auto trader. I read the reviews before making my enquiry and honestly, these guys lived up to my high expectations. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Happy to pass the recommendation on to others!
