We decided to trade up from our BMW 1 series to a 3 series to accommodate our growing family. After browsing AutoTrader for some time, we came across a listing by Andrew James that caught our attention. Being cautious, especially with used cars, I did some thorough research by reading reviews and checking their website. I'm pleased to say they lived up to our expectations.
The guys are a delight to deal with—friendly, helpful, and grounded. They were transparent about minor imperfections on the car before I visited, ensuring there were no hidden surprises. Upon collection, they had rectified the minor dings in the paintwork and bodywork, even providing a full service, MOT, and fitting a couple of new tyres.
The car drives superbly, although my wife has already claimed it as her own! If you're seeking a trustworthy dealership with genuine chaps, look no further. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was brilliant even after the sale, with a follow-up call to ensure everything was in order. Impressive service all around! Thanks gents - Liam
