Earlier this year I was in a car accident and even tho I was a bit bruised my beloved Mini Cooper was written off. I was after a like for like replacement for my car, and Andrew James Cars had the ideal one. When I went over to the dealership to see the car and after we had chatted for a while they understood the urgency from me to get the car as soon as possible. So as soon as I had confirmed the purchase they swiftly got it in for the service and MOT, and it was delivered to my front door not even a week later. Since having the car I have been driving it every day and really enjoying the drive and its not let me down once. This whole experience with Andrew James Cars has been a positive one and would recommended this dealer to anyone looking for a new car.

I was looking for my next Porsche on Auto trader, when I came across what looked like a great pick from Andrew James Cars, only 5 minutes from my home, so I wouldn't loose anything going to have a look at the car. When I arrived at the dealership I had a warm welcome by the salesman (which I cannot remember the name of - apologies) but he was very friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the car. Once I had seen the car and had a test drive, I was happy to proceed and from there they worked quickly to get me on the road as soon as possible. I work from home so I do not drive the Porsche as much as I would like to , but at least it limits the risk of it getting warn and I can keep it in the best condition for as long as possible. I honestly couldn't complain about Andrew James Cars , its a great dealership!

Cannot speak more highly of this dealership! They have truly gone out of there way to help me. Not only was the service I was provided with when I was buying my Vauxhall Corsa from them exceptionally good, answering all of my questions and the Auto trader advert being so descriptive and honest, there was no little surprises when I went to test drive, but unfortunately the day after I bought the car home I was having some issues with the water draining out of the car. As soon as I called the gentleman at Andrew James Cars they immediately started to get this issue rectified for me, they sent out a mechanic to my home, who was amazing- a lovely guy. He worked hard to fix the issues with the car, then refunded me £20 for costs of coolant that I had put in the car and then the cherry on top he followed for on a 40 minute drive to make sure the car was fixed to give me the confidence whilst driving the car. You cant ask for more, and with this in mind I am almost certain in the future when I need a new car, Andrew James Cars will be my fist stop.

When I bought my Kia Sportage from Andrew James Cars, the team were very nice and helpful toward me. I am really enjoying my new car lots and very happy. I would come back to Andrew James in the future if I saw a car that I liked there as it was a good experience.

Counting ourselves lucky to have these guys on our doorstep. We bought a Ford Ranger about a month ago and have never looked back. Andy & James couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. They've also got a great selection of stock which was a pleasant surprise, and they've been nothing but honest, responsive, genuine and polite throughout. As someone who doesn't buy used cars often, it's difficult to know who to trust, but Andrew James Cars have done themselves proud!!! There were a few minor teething problems after we collected the pickup, but the guys sorted us out quickly and even leant a courtesy car to use in-between times. We really couldn't ask for more.

What can I say, I'm loving my new VW Passat R Line! I found it by complete chance on auto trader after searching for what seems like weeks and months for the right car. Andrew James have an awesome selection of vehicles in stock; I'm really glad I came across them...they're definitely rare find! The fellas at the dealership gave me an excellent buying experience - No pushy sales tactics or people breathing down my neck as I took my time to browse the forecourt. They even facilitated a collection slot for me on Good Friday so I''ve got no complaints whatsoever...Really can't fault them. I'm so impressed I've already recommended them to friends and family. If you're looking for exceptional service and quality used cars, look no further.

Our families growing, so we needed a bigger car to fit us all in. I've always owned Fords so knew a bigger version of the Ford Focus would suit us down to the ground. I've known Andy from Andrew James Cars for years, so it was about time I bought a car from him haha! The service was so good, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else...I don't actually know why it's taken me so long in the first place. Thanks a million Andy 👍🏼

The gents at this dealership are absolutely lovely...Andy couldn't do enough for me and nothing was too much trouble. They offered me a super competitive price and even loaned me a courtesy car until mine was ready I can totally see why my friend recommended them, and I'll be doing the same going forwards. I had a small squeak with my suspension not long after collecting it...I'm not sure my car lies the busy roads at the stables... but Andy got the car back immediately, so I can't fault them one bit. Absolutely brilliant!

This is the first Nissan we've owned, and I must say, we're loving it! We've only had our Juke for about a month or so, but we've already taken her on a couple of really long runs to Great Yarmouth and back. Our finance company recommended Andrew James and we're really thankful to have found them - A recommendation like that really goes a long way, especially in todays day and age. The whole purchase was enjoyable from start to end. Their process was quick, efficient and easy, plus we got an amazing deal! Our Juke had much less mileage than comparatives online, and was over £1k cheaper which was a nice Brucey bonus. The whole sales process was smooth, quick and easy. I'd wanted a mini for a while and found Andrew James Cars on Autotrader - The guys at the dealership were helpful from the moment I enquired. They took me on a lengthy test drive and were really informative throughout, talking me through the vehicles capabilities and features, making sure I knew exactly what I was buying (which, as a woman, I greatly appreciated!).
