My eldest son originally bought a vehicle from AR Auto Sales. He recommended the dealership to me, and I cannot fault the service. I had to reserve the car, as I do live 60 miles away, and they did that with no issues. I would also recommend it to others.

I did a lovely round trip from Glasgow to Edinburgh, and it was brilliant. My daughter has driven the vehicle more than me, and she has had the same experience. I did not go into the dealership even though I was invited in. I am very happy with everything.

The Vauxhall has been great so far. I got the opportunity to have 2 test drives, which I was grateful for, and I was really happy with the way we were treated. I am still waiting for my V5, which I am going to chase up.

I haven't driven the vehicle as much as I would like so far. I have been out in it, and it's a really nice car. The dealership was very prompt in addressing any issues I had. I would buy a vehicle from them again.

The Toyota Aygo’s a great little car, but what really stood out was the service from Sean at AR Autos — absolutely top-notch. I spotted a small issue after buying the car, but as soon as I mentioned it, Sean arranged to have it collected, fixed it quickly, and got it back to me without any fuss. Definitely five star service in my book.

We came across the Ford B-Max online and even though the dealership was quite a distance from home, the car ticked all the boxes for us in terms of spec and budget so we decided to check it out. The team at AR were really friendly and did a great job. They actually delivered the car to our home the very next day which we really appreciated. The only reason we haven’t given full marks is because we’ve since noticed that one of the rear doors doesn’t lock properly. It’s not a huge issue and we’ll get it sorted locally, but worth mentioning. We're still happy customers overall.

Car dealers can sometimes be a bit full-on, so AR’s laid-back, no-pressure approach was a really pleasant surprise. No one tried to upsell us anything we didn’t need, and the whole thing was quick and easy.
