Can’t think of any reason not to leave the team at AR Autos a five-star review, as my experience with them's been really positive. They’ve been true to their word every step of the way, always doing what they promised including calling back when they said they would. Their communication has been spot on, and the aftersales support has been just as good. I had a small issue with the wheel alignment but Sean got it sorted quickly which I really appreciated. Great job!

Great service, would buy again

I had a bit of an issue with the car’s battery shortly after buying it, but the team at AR Auto Sales got me booked in and replaced it over the weekend, which I really appreciated. The communication could’ve been a bit better - I felt like I’d have been left in the dark if I hadn’t chased them up, but I’m grateful they sorted it out in the end. Sean and the rest of the team were great to deal with. There was no pressure at all, and they gave me the space to make my own decision which I liked. All in all everything went smoothly and I’m happy to give them four stars taking everything into consideration.

A family member recommended AR Auto Sales to me, and I’m glad to say they lived up to my expectations. The engine management light came on during my drive home which was a bit disheartening, but I took the car back the very next day and they sorted it straight away. Since then my Honda Civic’s been running perfectly with no other issues to report. Really happy with the service overall and they looked after me well.

We ended up swapping the wife’s Fiat 500 for a Vauxhall Astra...mainly because she couldn’t fit the dogs in the back. The Astra’s a lovely little car and hasn’t given us a single bit of trouble. She’s already clocked up around 1,000 miles in it, mostly just running the dogs up and down the road. As long as she’s happy, I’m happy!

Friendly staff easy to talk to the whole experience at AR car sales was good so I'm giving it a 5 the only downside was that I had to wait a whole week to get the car and I'm happy with the car I purchased 👍🏼

The Vauxhall Corsa is my son’s car, and it’s going really well. It was myself that made the purchase and the salesman was spot on, I couldn’t fault him at all. There was no pressure, which made the experience so much better. I saw the car online, went to see it in person, and after about 30 minutes, I decided to go ahead with it. The whole process was spot on.
