I've had my Vauxhall Astra a little while now, and I've not had any issues so far which is great. I'd definitely consider buying from AR Auto Sales again in future as although nobody was present when I initially arrived to collect the car, the process was smooth so it's definitely not put me off.

Everything's been great with my Vauxhall Astra and I’d definitely consider going back to AR in the future. I’ve gone with a four-star review rather than five, just because when I picked the car up I was pretty much handed the keys and left to get on with it. It would’ve been nice if someone had taken a bit of time to show me around the car and go through the features.

The service provided by AR Auto Sales was a pretty good standard for the car we were buying.

Can’t think of any reason not to leave the team at AR Autos a five-star review, as my experience with them's been really positive. They’ve been true to their word every step of the way, always doing what they promised including calling back when they said they would. Their communication has been spot on, and the aftersales support has been just as good. I had a small issue with the wheel alignment but Sean got it sorted quickly which I really appreciated. Great job!

Great service, would buy again

I had a bit of an issue with the car’s battery shortly after buying it, but the team at AR Auto Sales got me booked in and replaced it over the weekend, which I really appreciated. The communication could’ve been a bit better - I felt like I’d have been left in the dark if I hadn’t chased them up, but I’m grateful they sorted it out in the end. Sean and the rest of the team were great to deal with. There was no pressure at all, and they gave me the space to make my own decision which I liked. All in all everything went smoothly and I’m happy to give them four stars taking everything into consideration.
