Your partner purchased this Audi Q3 on 13/08/2019, you contacted us in September 2020 because you were trying to sell the car and you had not got the service history to hand. With all later model Audi’s, all the service history is online and not recorded in a book. As you wanted physical proof for your buyer, we purchased a service history book for you and obtained the digital service printout and receipt we emailed the copies and you picked up the service history book from our dealership. There have been 4 services at DD Services ltd and also our service that we do prior to your partners purchase. We have also got a duplicate copy of the service history record printout for this vehicle at our showroom. We do not buy or sell cars without service history we feel we have helped you and are disappointed by your 1 star review especially when so much time has passed.

Purchased a car from Arena from Tony and his sweet mum. They were so friendly and I felt like they had all the time in the world for me. I test drove 3 cars and decided on a little Vauxhall Mokka diesel. I did have a problem with the car. However it was a just a air con regas I called up and Tony booked me in to see one of their trained technicians. I turned up on time and they offered me tea and coffee while they fix my car. Within an hour it was all sorted. Its so reasuring to be delt with so politely, their aftercare service is impeccable. Thankyou so much! Will be back in for a new car in 3-4 years time :)
The service I received from Arena cars was exceptional right from when I walked into the shop. Every one there was so welcoming, friendly and helpful when it came to buying my new car. Arena Cars waited for me to be out of warranty despite knowing they sold a car to me with many faults. Out of warranty the car broke down and cost £1200. Despite the fact I took the car into them on 2 occasions to try to get them to fix the car (whilst under warranty), they refuse to accept they had any fault in the breakdown, which they failed twice to identify as a fault in the car. I took the car to a mechanic who told me that they had not serviced the car. The Vauxhall garage then had to update the car's computer as it was out of date. Arena called both of these companies liars who both used me for finical gain, then called me a liar. The male owner then invited me in to Arena to "work something out" and proceeded to call me a liar, shout at me and slam paperwork on the table. Funnily, 2 customers came in whilst he was being aggressive, he instantly calmed down and went on telling a story to me making me out to be a bad customer so the other customers would blame me not Arena. I myself will not be able to trust them as they aggressively and repeatedly called me a liar.

Hi Alex, Following your review there is two sides to every story. You came into our showroom today and informed us that we had lied to you about servicing your car. We service all of our cars before collection, today I phoned the parts company Whoppee Motor Factors in Frimley Green quoted your registration number in front of you and they confirmed the parts that had been ordered and fitted to your Vauxhall Corsa. They faxed over the invoice for the Oil Filter, Air Filter, Front Brake Discs and Brake Pads and I handed you this copy today and also showed you physically the new brakes we fitted on the service through your alloy wheels which can be visibly seen. I would be more than happy again to show anybody who wished to see evidence of this. In regards to Vauxhall commenting about the oil that now looks contiminated 7 months after the service from us, this was caused by the car not being able to complete its diesel particular filter regeneration and vehicle still continually being used. You phoned us and we booked in the car on 6th June good will gesture (2 months out of warranty) to fix the reason why the car wasn’t doing the regeneration, today I even showed you in our diary the date that you never turned up. You didn’t bring the car in for any repairs and continued to drive the car 4/5 months regardless of it needing a repair. I’ve also spoke to your own mechanic in Ash who also confirms the damaged dpf filter was caused by the car being driven months after it should of come into us for repair. I know the reason you couldn’t get into us for a repair was because you found it hard to get time off work and our mechanics are only available to inspect Mon-Friday. Unfortunately not turning up on the 6th June and continuing to drive the car into october has caused this issue for you. Even after you took the car to a alternative mechanic I did mention the parts replaced were expensive and had you of spoken to us we could of sourced you parts at a lower price using our trade discounts. It was very hard to explain all of this earlier when you were in the offfice accusing us of not servicing your car. I wasn’t in anyway violent towards you and the customers waiting to pickup their new car even commented how well I handed what you were saying. The end of the day if you had dropped the car to us on the 6th June for any repairs this whole situation wouldn’t of snowballed to this level. We can’t fix cars when customers don’t bring them to us when booked in, and I believe are not responsible for damaged caused by ignoring warning lights on your dashboard for months and months. In regards to Vauxhall updating or being due safety recalls they usually write to the registered keeper, today with you I checked on the dvla website using the mot history your car is not showing any outstanding recalls. I’m very passionate about my company and good service we deliver and have done as a family business of 19 years. I will defend it when it’s being unreasonably reviewed.
I couldn't praise this family run business enough. Before finding them I had looked in numerous garages and it was mostly the staff that put me off. Arena Cars provided nothing but excellent service and I am really pleased with my new car. They are very helpful and did everything that they could to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend Arena Cars.
