I bought my new car today from Kevin Wynd and being a sales mgr myself I would rate his customer service outstanding! Kevin showed me great selling skills by demonstrating what every function in my new car would do and due to Covid 19 he sent me my own personalised videos of my car and at each touch point throughout the sales process he kept me informed off all extra products such as warranty & insurance so I was fully protected whilst on the road. Kevin also made my own car trade in look seamless in the process which I was very happy with and my price I got for it. I have already made recommendations to my friends regarding Kevin Wynd from the motherwell store. Keep up the fantastic job and keep on smiling through your mask because it does make a difference. i reserved the car i wanted on saturday night,called in on the sunday to have a look at it and drove away with it on monday ,finance sorted super fast and friendly service from richard smith , very happy .

Staff were all my new best friend when buying the car but didn’t want to know when I had to return with issues. There are plenty of other cars out there so would avoid this branch in future.
