Whole experience at Arnold Clark Motorstore in Motherwell was brilliant! Followed suit after my aunt and sis got a car from Mark Kyle, guy is a legend, made everything simple and had no trouble at all, would go back.

Don’t touch Arnold Clark Motorstore in Motherwell for a car I had a sales person phone me I was really interested in doing a deal for my car but this guy just wasn’t interested got the impression it was to much of a bother for him. I have bought my last 3cars from Arnold clark all with good service shame this sales person spoils it as I won’t be buying from them again.

Went to Motherwell motorstore with something in mind. The sales executive was extremely helpful showed us all the cars we wanted to see. We eventually picked one the sale went very smooth we wanted the car as soon as possible and the very next day drove away with a new car. Couldn't be more pleased with the service and also received a couple of messages the week after from the sales executive making sure we were happy and the car is what we expected

I visited Arnold Clark Motorstore in Motherwell on Monday 30th Oct picked out car in forecourt then a sale's agent appears,Fraser can I get key's you can look inside while he's away I noticed that door unlocked so I sat in Fraser arrives with keys I start car and put in reverse and reverse camera shows on dash console after this I take photos of car to show my wife,we go into the office to do deal Fraser arrives with the order forms but he's changed the car to one with a lower spec and I haven't noticed different registration and signed. I collect car next evening go home. Next morning I got to reverse out driveway no reverse camera I check photos I took of car and it's different car to the one they gave me I phoned right away I'm told this is car i have signed for so basically tough luck.after one week i plan to put this on social media.

Hi just recently bought a Peugeot from Arnold Clark Motherwell Motorstore, had a good idea what I want etc, but still got taken through the usual buy this buy that crap, avoid the protect and care as it's a waste of time and money, I made the mistake of falling for the service but found out later you can not scotch guard leather and as for the wax protect 😂😂😂 bloody joke, was was basic crap that they managed to leave on most of the vehicle, so £246 down the drain, so next thing ! I was asked if I had bought a car previously from ac Saidudi yes, ok I can get you great finance of 4.1% sound ok so agreed, the 4.1 turned into 8.1 at the end so be careful, after service ! Car had a few issues even though basically new, managed to get it booked in for repairs etc, got a phone call from James (guy who did the sale) a few weeks later asking how I was enjoying the car ? Explained (again) that it had issues and he had booked it in for repair his answer "oh ! I was not aware there was issues" ?... eh your the guy that booked it in for repair ? Ahoy well it will get fixed and I have emailed you with a survey and I hope it does not effect the way you feel I had served you, basically had no idea who he was talking to and was fishing for a good review, shock no chance, so avoid Arnold Clark Motherwell Motorstore if you can if not be very very careful of what they offer you, 😳

I went In here to look at a Peugeot was approached by Robert who I must say was actually a decent nice guy and new at his Job but then was approached by Dario when Robert Required some help his attitude was terrible I think he thought himself as sir Arnold Clark himself couldn't offer a test drive without a driving licence I do have one actually walked and had about had about 4 phone calls afterwards first one i missed from Dario after leaving to view a car at Evans Halshaw Livingston who again couldn't be any nicer I then Went to Arnold Clark Citroen/DS Armadale much more pleasant experience actually did the deal got £250 more for my car and saved £600 on a similar model with slightly more miles over the whole deal and got a test drive no questions asked Katie was Great and not one pressure sales phone call from anyone at the branch will give them a 5 star review and buy all my cars from Katie from now on after telling Robert at Motherwell I would view Tuesday got a call from Dario to say the sale ended Sunday in me opinion he was only trying to steal Roberts deal save your self hassle and go to Armadale much more pleasant experience.

Sold us a major defective 64 plate Zetec S. Wasn't even fit to drive. Another garage said it was dangerous to drive. Thank god our local dealership bought it off us and got it repaired. They sold it and we have a decent car from ford.
