Recently bought a used Mini from Ashridge Vehicles, I found the whole experience faultless. Responded to emails and calls quickly, straight with facts, no hard sell. All my options clearly explained and laid out for me to decide. High quality photographs of the vehicle on their website, when I visited to see it on the forecourt, it was exactly as expected. Chris was my main man dealing with the sale, but everyone I spoke to over the phone when he was on holiday were great and knew what was going on with the progress of my purchase. When I am next looking for a car, i'd use them again 100%.

Car brokedown few weeks after toke it of the dealership. It took me 3 months of constant complaints to get this dealership to accept the responsibility of repairing the car. Even the finance company got involved and had to obligate them to repair the car! After getting the car back, it didn't work as expected, with several oil leaks and performance issues. They never admit their accountability to the point that they claimed behind my back to my warranty to cover part of the expenses for the repair! Why am I writing this review almost a year later? I'm discovering more irregulaties misselling finance and insurance products that I have to fix directly with the insurance/finance company. There is no way to file a formal claim and stop them from behaving like this. Shady business with very od practices, avoid!!!

Very friendly staff, helpful and professional especially Sammy. Good local business with great family vibe. Good communication, explanation, efficient and accommodating process. I would recommend using them if you like the car.

All car seem OK, they take your money and that's it.. after your drive away your on your own, when you have a small problem they are gone.. after sales are non contactable... Please please save your hard earned money by going somewhere else
