They have no interest in doing business over the internet. You have to go to their showroomn if you want to buy a car.
Ridiculous in this day and age. They will soon fail as a business.

Dear David, we're sorry we couldn't accommodate your wishes of a purchase without seeing the car in person. The vast majority of people do however prefer to see and test a car before they buy, these are the customers we sell too. You may want to try CAZOO?
Without buying a car or even visiting us, i'm not sure how you can rate us 1 star for cleanliness or after sales service though?

All car seem OK, they take your money and that's it.. after your drive away your on your own, when you have a small problem they are gone.. after sales are non contactable...
Please please save your hard earned money by going somewhere else

Dear Mark, sorry to hear you had some after sales issues that you felt didn't get resolved to your satisfaction. All our cars are thourghly prperared under the RAC's used car program and are sold with a 5 star RAC Warranty included. Im not quite sure that us being uncontactable is quite true though, but i'm sorry if we or the RAC couldn't resolve your issue.

The service provided by Ashridge Vehicles was terrific. They understand that customers are spending a large sum of money and are super helpful and not pushy. I managed to part exchange my car in and took our protection, all within my budget.
I am glad I have found a dealer that is willing to look after me if I incur any issues.

Just picked up my car and I love it! I first found it on Autotrader a week ago and arranged a visit at the weekend to test drive and look over the car. Picked it up today with everything done as agreed.
