Just bought a used car off this dealership this week and from start to finish received excellent service. They are having to work differently because of Covid so had to explain quite a fair bit about the car we were interested in over the phone. We dealt with Luigi and Amy on the phone and they had to describe the condition of the car, with both of them stating that they didn’t want to oversell it due to it being 8 years old. However, once we did see the car we were massively impressed at the amazing condition and cleanliness. They certainly don’t oversell a vehicle. This car might be 8 years old but it has a 2 year old body to look at. The price was very reasonable and the mileage much lower than average. The day we saw it is the day we drove it away after a quick test drive. The other 2 gentleman (so sorry we’ve forgotten your names) were also extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, we would highly recommend this dealership, for their sales techniques, friendly approach and they also seem to have quality cars for sale.

We recently bought a Range Rover from Ashridge Vehicles, the car itself is lovely and like brand new. However, Dave has been extremely patronising a rude during aftercare. Firstly, making false claims regarding the car and secondly accusing us of misleading them regarding a part ex. Luigi was absolutely fab but DO NOT deal with Dave under any circumstances!

Purchased an automatic BMW off this company despite having a 3 month warranty the gearbox totally failed 2 months into ownership of it. Had it recovered back to them but they are unwilling to honour the warranty saying tI should have checked the gearbox oil level! Now £4500 out of pocket due to buying a faulty car!

I recently purchased an audi A5 from Ashridge Vehicles, James & Luigi, were extremely helpful, no pressure, they were very honest, they took time to answer all my questions and didnt rush through anything. When I arrived to collect the car the handover was extremely professional and the car looked amazing. I am so happy with my new car and I have already recommended them to my friends and family and would encourage anyone looking for a new car to go along to this dealership!
