The initial process was excellent & my car arrived within days as agreed despite the fact we live over 300 miles from the dealership. The car exceeded my expectations for the price but there was some rust on one of the wheel arches which you wouldn’t have expected on a 5 year old car. After sending pictures to the dealership a repair was agreed & the work completed. After refuelling for the first time we found the fuel gauge wasn’t working, not something the dealership would have been aware of, but unfortunately this did take a while to resolve until I spoke with Joanne Shinn whose communication & efficiency was 100% & within 3 days the new part had arrived & was fitted. Overall I would be happy to recommend Auto Pavilion for anyone looking to purchase a second hand car, as a dealer that helps people on poor credit to buy a car their interest rates are reasonable, but if you have any problems ask to speak to Joanne as I can guarantee she will listen & work hard to resolve them.
