So far, so good with my new car—I've had it for just over a month and everything seems fine and I'm getting the most out of it already, I find any excuse to go out in it. I can't recall the salesman's name, but he was great, he always offered to help and nothing was to much trouble. On the day of collection, my new Corsa was even cleaned inside and out to top it off. Definitely deserves a 5-star rating! No complaints and I wouldn't change a thing.

What a great purchase! My BMW 4 Series has been amazing, especially after a recent valet and ceramic coating—it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. My Kia Sportage has been the best buy ever! We're driving it all the time now. My husband was having difficulty getting in and out of our old car as he's getting older, and this has much easier accessibility for him but also I needed an automatic because of my arthritis. I had an automatic a while ago but I forgot how good they are to drive, they are almost like a go-cart! Chris was fantastic on the day of sale, I couldn't fault him at all. He was always quick to respond whenever we contacted them and always happy to help. Great company.

Impressed is the right word to use for the customer service from Autocars Ltd. Everyone was super helpful, and we even received a nice little gift with the car, which was a lovely touch. The MG has only been driven about three times so far, but it's a great motor, and even the wife loves to drive it.

I got a myself a lovely little car, it's doing the job of getting me from A to B. Touch wood, everything is fine for now. Gary's service was perfect on the day, he was always easy to get hold of and very informative from the moment I enquired about the Renault. When I saw the car in person, it was well presented, and after being handed the keys to have a look around, I wanted it there and then. Gary's helpfulness in filling out the paperwork was much appreciated. Exactly what you want from a salesman!

My recent purchase of the Audi A5 has been absolutely fantastic! Honestly, I've had no issues at all. It's been the mutt's nuts and has handled some long trips I've done to Manchester or York perfectly. Everyone involved in the sale were spot on. They were really accommodating because I needed the car urgently, and the team made sure everything went through quickly. I wasn't initially looking for an Audi, but this one suited me perfectly, and it's turned out to be the ideal car.

It's been 8 weeks since we got our car, and we haven't had any problems with it so far. We've been using it quite a bit as well. The whole team at the dealership were helpful, but I have to give a special mention to Rob. He was great throughout. He was really helpful and patient while I was making my mind up. He left no questions unanswered. I have no complaints at all—5 stars from me.

My new car is fantastic—it's brilliant to drive, and considering it's six years old, I really can't fault it. The leather seats are a particular highlight, and I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. Gary, the salesman, was excellent. He handled the tax for us, and everything went smoothly from the moment I walked into the dealership. He was very informative about the Zafira I came to view, which was reassuring. I did call him up a few days before making the trip from Manchester to Hull and put down a £100 deposit, which Gary assured me that I'd get straight back if I wasn't happy with the car. I've not had a car from here before but I would definitely make the trip again.

Chris the salesman, is a top lad to buy a car from and I hope to do so again in the future. I was so grateful for his help that I sent him a thank you card. I've also been telling everyone this is the best place to get a car, especially after my experiences with a few rubbish dealerships beforehand. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how tidy the showroom was. I wanted to see four cars on the day, and they just passed me the keys and said crack on, I didn't feel any sort of pressure. Definitely a 5* experience.
