It's been 2 months since I had the pleasure of purchasing my Honda HR-V from Autocars and it's still running as smooth as the day I got it! I have no issues giving 5 out of 5.

When I went to the dealership, the staff was super friendly. They let me take the car for a test drive and patiently answered all my questions. Now that I'm cruising around in my new ride, I'm absolutely thrilled. I'll definitely be going back to Autocars when it's time for my next car!

Recently bought a Kia Optima Sportwagen and can’t fault Autocar’s service. I’m not usually a fan of ‘car salespeople’ but Karl and Gary were fantastic to deal with. Friendly, laid back and not pushy in the slightest. A few little things needed sorting on the car which was done with no quibbling. Car looked brilliant when I collected it fully detailed with a ceramic coating to the paintwork. In short, brilliant company to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We bought a new Mercedes A Class for my partner as she was due a new daily runaround. We'd been looking for a little while and spotted one at Autocars, conveniently located just around the corner. Despite living so close it's the first time we've dealt with the guys at the dealership, but I really can't fault them in any way. All of the staff members we came into contact with were really good, and the service we received throughout was spot on. No complaints!

Having bought my last car from Autocars, I always keep my eye on their stock whenever I pass by. A few weeks back I noticed a lovey Audi Q2 which caught my eye, so I popped in too take a closer look and fell in love! It's the first 4x4 i've owned and I don't think i'll be going back to a regular car anytime soon - It feels much safer being higher up and I can see so much more. Gary & the guys at Autocars are always brilliant and i'd never buy from anywhere else. They're really welcoming and friendly, and make me feel like I matter...not just another number. As a journalist I was responsible for writing a press release a couple of years back for local business awards. Autocars were nominated & I remember hearing great things, so they were my go-to when I decided to change my car. I'd been keeping my eye on the stock on their forecourt as they're only over the road from Aldi where I do my weekly shop. Needing something urgently, I popped in to see Karl & Rob who bent over backwards to source me a Vauxhall Mokka. Rob's a good lad. He's approachable and has loads of industry knowledge, meaning I felt no pressure to buy, and I wasn't upsold any unnecessary add-ons which was a refreshing change. I actually ran into the cars previous owner outside the gym who said it's good to see that it's gone to a good home which was lovely of her. She said she'd taken great care of it & I guess it just reinforced the fact that i've bought a quality used car. Massive thanks to Rob, Karl and the team at Autocars for everything. Very worthy of my 5 star rating!

This is the 3rd car i've bought from Gary & Karl at Autocars and it won't be my last! I keep returning because I like really Karl, he's a top man, and I love their stock, so there's really no need for me to shop anywhere else. I know I can rely on them to sort out any small niggles immediately, and my family now shop here too. I've taken the time to write this review to thank Karl and his team for yet another excellent sale with excellent service. You've got a customer for life.
