Paul delivered my car to home which is 250 miles from their showroom in Hull. I am quite a nervous purchaser due to being duped in the past by a rogue car trader. Paul went above and beyond to satisfy all my questions and concerns, sending every piece of paperwork, HPI, MOT and service documents. When it was delivery day, Paul spent time allowing me to drive and view and charge the car (it's electric) and completed additional paperwork that I had found online so I could feel as secure as possible about buying a car from a trader I hadn't visited and a car I had paid a deposit on before I had seen it in person. I cannot thanks Paul and Autocars enough. I had been looking for a while and no other car trader had made me feel at ease enough to purchase. A deniably brilliant person and service.

Out standing service and everyone so helpful down to the smallest of details. No fuss no pain every piece of paperwork explained to you and all paperwork neatly in a file. I will always highly recommended. You won't be disappointed from one very happy customer.

We bought a £3000 Mini Convertible which was exactly what we wanted as we run several other vehicles. The car was probably the best we had found after an extensive search. The service we received from GARY at the point of sale, CHRIS on handover and Jo with paperwork and coffee!! was as if we had just spent £30000!!! Friendly, helpful and thorough without any pressure and a pleasure to deal with. The car was prepared to a very high standard( far more so than a £16000 motor we bought elsewhere earlier this year) on collection with thorough handover and the car drove beautifully on our 40 mile journey home. Many thanks, a very pleasant experience. We would not hesitate to recommend to others and would definitely return ourselves.
