All of my questions were answered, and no pressure was applied to go through with the sale, I felt very clued up about my BMW before leaving. Overall it was a really positive experience.

I was best impressed with the service at Autocars in Hull. Gary the salesman that looked after me during the purchase was very helpful, polite and friendly. He answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly and nothing was too much trouble for him. For real, this ride has been rocking for the last couple of months—amazing stuff. I've been having a blast driving it, got the hang of it real quick. The team they have down there.... They're champs. Helpful, friendly, and so welcoming. These guys are just lovely, making the whole experience a breeze. Easy 5 stars from me. Going through everything was a cakewalk. It was my first car purchase, and they explained everything so well. Couldn't have asked for more!
