The whole sales process was faultless, especially compared to other dealerships I've visited that were very unorganised. The car recently had a sensor issue but once I mentioned this the team were very apologetic and were quick to get it in and resolve it. No complaints from me.

So far everything is going well with my Ford Eco Sport and I'm loving it. I've not had the chance to go out on any long runs just yet but for the small trips I've done it's been a great car. My time at the dealership was a good one because everyone I spoke to was patient while I made my decision. I also thought it was nice to take the car on a test drive before going ahead with it, it really helped to make my decision easier.

Everything went perfectly while at the dealership and to be honest, I wouldn't change anything about my visit at Autocars Ltd. Gary was the man who looked after me and he was more than helpful throughout the process.

Since driving away from Autocars Ltd I've felt the decision to purchase the car was my own and not because the salesman wanted me to buy it. All the way through, the whole team were fantastic and I got a great car by the end of it. I'd rate him 10 out of 5 if I could.

I couldn't ask for much more from Chris, he conducted himself very well and I was really impressed that he kept to his word. The car me and my partner originally came to see was being sold that day but once I explained what we were looking for in a car he advised us that a car is coming in on Tuesday, so he took my number. Tuesday morning he called us to say it had come in, Tuesday afternoon we were taking a look around the car and by 5pm that evening we took it. From start to finish you could tell he was there just to help and not once did he pressure us to the sale. The Discovery has been perfect since.

I wouldn't change anything about my visit, even though there was a little issue at the time Gary made sure to get it resolved straight away. The Mercedes A-Class has been lovely since and we are very pleased with it.

Absolutely love my Audi TT and I can't fault it.  The service from the garage was very helpful, and I would definitely use them again if I were looking for another car. I got exactly what I wanted for my part exchange as well which was great. I wouldn’t do anything differently, and I’d go as far as to say it was the best car purchase I’ve made.

My Mini has been amazing. It's super comfortable and I couldn’t be happier with it. Chris really looked after me as there was a problem with the finance company releasing the money, but he helped get it sorted. When the car was delivered, it was well presented and valeted to a high standard—it even smelt incredibly clean when I stepped into it. Delivery was on time as well, so I've got no complaints. This was my first time buying a car online without seeing it in person, and it couldn't have gone better. Definitely 5*!

I've got no issues with how my visit went to Autocars. All the staff have been very friendly and approachable while I was enquiring about the Peugeot that I saw online. The car was as adversities when I arrived so it wasn't a wasted trip. The car has been great since.

Happy with how everything is going so far with my Ford. There is a tyre pressure light that comes on but it's nothing of any concern because I've checked the tyres and they are all in order, I just need to knock the light off. Rob was great to deal with throughout and he made sure my part exchange was fairly priced and went smoothly.
