As I do lots of driving, I wanted a car that was automatic and had low mileage. I saw Autocars advertising a Vauxhall Astra that ticked all my boxes and was a diesel, which was a good added bonus. I took the car for a test drive, and it drove equally as well as it looked. Buying from Autocars has been the best car buying experience I have had. They went above and beyond for me, even getting me a better finance deal to save me some money. 

After years of going to different car dealerships to find the best one, I honestly think I have found it with Autocars LTD. I have not come across such efficient service, and the attention to detail and levels of professionalism shown have certainly set the standard in my mind. I went to the dealership after spotting a Discovery Sport that my wife said she really liked the look of, and as soon as that was said, I knew I was in the clear to get it. So, I arranged a quick trip to view it in person, and on arrival, the first thing you notice is the array of cars they have available. The overall impression of the dealership is just 'what a place'. The customer service from there on was exceptional from everyone I spoke to, but I have to give a special mention to Gary, who was friendly, super helpful, gave me the space I needed to look over the car without any hovering, and at no point did I feel like I was under any pressure to buy the car. There were no weird sales tactics; they just had a very pleasant conversation, answered my questions, and had a great test drive to really get a feel for the car and see if it was for me. And that was it. We swiftly went over the paperwork, making sure I knew exactly what I was signing before handing me the keys. Just the highest standards from start to finish. Highly recommend; I'm honestly glad I found the place and won't be looking elsewhere for another car.

Absolutely perfect' is really the only way I can describe my recent experience at Autocars LTD. It was a faultless process from start to finish. The dealership looks amazing, the staff are super friendly and engaging, and the process is made very straightforward, which is always appreciated. I found I was in and out in no time, and I haven't even mentioned the quality of the Range Rover Evoque I bought, which is honestly just perfect. Overall, just WOW. Whatever you guys are doing is clearly working, as this was the best buying experience I have had. I certainly won't be looking to go anywhere else when I'm next looking to upgrade.

Having just gotten my son his first car from Autocars Ltd., I can honestly say it was truly exceptional customer service. My son wasn't quite sure what car he wanted, so he decided to go down and have a look around the lot on the day, and he was pleasantly surprised at how many cars they had available that were well within his budget. After looking around at a few cars, he settled on the Citroen C1, and I must say it was in great condition, had excellent mileage, was spacious, and perfect for him as a first car. So, a big thank you to everyone who was involved on the day, as the service was of great quality. As many of us remember the feeling and excitement of getting our first car, thanks again for making it so stress-free. I have already recommended you to friends and family.

After looking through multiple websites and visiting several dealerships, I was so thankful when I finally found the perfect car for my wife at Autocars LTD: their Range Rover Evoque. It really is everything she had been hoping for and more; it looks fantastic; both the exterior and interior are immaculate; and that, combined with the high spec, really just sold it. It's truly a massive upgrade from the Kia Sportage she had previously. Overall, the process was very quick and efficient. There was a minor issue with the Sat Nav missing its memory card, but that was resolved right away. So, based on the overall service combined with the high quality of the car, it easily deserves full marks.

Having seen the perfect car for me online, an Audi A1, I decided to arrange myself an appointment at Autocars LTD to view the car in person. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was taken aback by just how great the dealership looked and the wide array of cars they had on their lot. There really is something for everyone. The Audi A1 was slightly taken to the side, and you could clearly tell they had taken the time to prep the car, as it looked immaculate and clean throughout. The car was exactly as described online in regard to condition. I can't overstate how genuine, professional, and great Autocars LTD is; highly recommend. 5 Stars.
