This is the third car I have bought from Autocars and I am very happy with their service. Chris was really good at handling my purchase and made sure everything went smoothly. He was always on the end of the phone to give me an update and answer any questions I had. He was very polite, professional and helpful. All three cars which I have bought from him have been perfect. My recent purchase was a Vauxhall Astra and it is a great car and drives like clockwork. I will continue to use Autocars in the future and highly recommend them to others.

We bought a Volvo from Chris at Autocars and I am very happy with the service. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. We had a 3 hour drive to get to Hull so Chris had the car ready for us when I arrived with MOT and full service done so we was able to drive away in the car if we wanted to buy it that day. The only issue we had was that the number plate was not aligned properly but Chris quickly sent me a replacement one. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly car dealer. He is really good at what he does.

My Audi A6 I got from Autocars is a smashing car that meets all my expectations and needs. It is a pleasure to drive and to own, I am really happy with it. Rob was an absolute pleasure to deal with from making the initial inquiry to the handover of my car he made it hassle free for me and he took all the stress away from the purchase. After giving them a call to arrange to go and look at the car and take for a test drive I travelled to their dealership in Hull. I was met by their sales executive named Rob who was such a great lad, he was welcoming from the moment I stepped foot on their premises and he was there if I needed anything but he did not watch over me and he left me to look at the car and take it for a test drive with all the time that I needed. After making the decision to buy the car everything was done very quickly but efficiently. It was a first class service from start to end and I score them a solid five stars for the experience I had with them. Thanks to Rob and the team at Autocars.

I'm really made up with my Infinity Q30 that I bought from Autocars Ltd in Hull. The sales guy that looked after me was friendly, helpful and professional and he could not have done anymore to make sure I left a very happy customer. I would 100 percent recommend Autocars Ltd at Hull after I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my VW Tiguan from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with the experience. What a service by the team at autocars, they had only had the car we wanted for four days. We explained to Chris we needed the car ASAP. We bought the car on Friday and picked it up on the Wednesday!! It had a fresh MOT, Service, alloys painted and a small mark on the bumper resprayed. The car looks brand new! Thank you Chris was a pleasure dealing with you.

Absolutely top class. A good range of well priced, good quality cars all of which are presented immaculately. There was no pressure put on you by the advisors but they we available to answer any questions if you needed them to. The transaction itself was very smooth and efficient. I just bought my third vehicle from the team and once again they were faultless in their service and quality. Every single time I've never been pressured or pushed into an overcommitment. I usually rock up with a few ideas for what I want and each car in my sights at the time has been appraised against business and personal use... and equally whether or not I'd enjoy it. Aftercare and check-ins are perfectly placed - not intrusive and as a company they exude confidence in their products and their service. I'll continue to recommend them to others and more fool them if they don't heed my expert word!
