I was looking for a new car and searching around on the internet when I found my Vauxhall Mokka for sale through Autocars in Hull. I started to read some of their reviews which were all positive so this prompted me to pick up the phone and to give them a call. I spoke to a pleasant young man who asked if I wanted to come and see the car in person. When I arrived at their showroom I was introduced to Rich, Rich was really welcoming and let me take my time looking around the car and allowing me to take it on a test drive at my own leisure. The car was so smooth to drive and comfortable so I went back to speak to Rich and my mind was made up to go ahead and buy the car. It was a very straight forward process getting all the paperwork completed and I was able to drive away in my new car in no time at all. The car is magnificent and very reliable. I cannot fault anything that Autocars have done for me they are faultless and I give them top marks, thanks from Alison 😉

Rob was absolutely brilliant he was such a nice lad and helped me loads with the sale. Any information I needed he was happy to give it to me right away and he had a great range of knowledge about the car too. I was able to get through the sale without being rushed and the time from viewing the car to taking it away was really quick. I haven't got any complaints at all, I'd be more than happy to recommend them and use them again when I need to. I only rated these a 4 because no one is perfect, these did come very close though.

I only popped in to have a look the selection of cars was amazing, Really hard to decide on which one I wanted. I settled on A BMW and it is just beautiful immaculate body work and interior. The service I received was fabulous Kevin and Carl we're absolutely brilliant really nice blokes, With great advice and knowledge they really knew what they were talking about and I felt really well looked after. The whole process was smooth and simple and a really enjoyable experience Thanks Guys I will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone.

I went to Autocars with no particular car in mind, I saw a Honda Civic which I thought looked really cool and wanted to test drive it.
As soon as we got out the dealership, I absolutely fell in love with it.
The novelty of getting my new car certainly hasn't worn off just yet, I’m offering to drive my friends here there and everywhere.
The longest I have driven so far is over to Manchester the day after I bought it, it’s very smooth and handles so well.
Rob was brilliant too; I couldn't ask for anymore.

Autocars have been a pleasure to deal with, Chris and the team are all really friendly, welcoming, the customer service during the sale felt very warm and I can't fault any of the staff.
I wanted a quick and painless service, i got all that and more.
The car itself isn't exactly my first choice of car but given the circumstances, i needed a car quick and needed plenty of room in the back, the Citroen Picasso ticks all them boxes.

I am very happy with Autocars, I do love the new car, it took some getting used to with coming from a Auto Mini to a Manual 7 seater however, its really nice to drive, the price was good and over-all the experience has been great!

My husband was in need of a new car because us sharing my little Skoda Citigo was quite an inconvenient and he likes bigger cars.
We looked at a Vauxhall Zafira which was in good condition, performed really well on the test drive and my husband is very happy with the car.
We have done a little bit of work on it since we purchased it, just little wear and tear bits which needed replacing.
We did have a couple issues as well but Chris got all these sorted for us free of cost.

I purchased a Jeep Renegade for my wife from Autocars, she had a Mini prior and needed something with a little more space in the back, this is perfect for her needs. The car is great, exactly what she wanted and she is really enjoying it so far. Chris was excellent in handling the sale from end to end, my wife and I would both be happy to recommend Autocars to anybody else in the market for a new vehicle.

I have always wanted a Mini, as a lady it's my dream car! I know they are very popular and they look amazing.
I drive back and to work, the car performs really well and I have no problems at the moment.
