I when here to buy a car i like the i pay of it then mike the seller men when back on it and would not sell to me Complete waste of time i had to with to get my money back from him what take 5day Definitely avoid the place

car described as immac and excellent,far from it.Huge dent in tailgate,drivers side door mirror did not work at all,rubber insert around drivers door faulty.Both mirror and door suround had been glued in.Very ameture.Would never deal again

We bought a Volvo S60 off Dave at the garage . It was a great service with a smile and nothing was to much trouble for them .The car came with a brand new 12 MOT and it's a fab car can't fault it. They made sure we were completely happy before we left in our new car I would highly recommend.

Could not have been more helpful and efficient. Got a decent deal on a Micra we bought from them. The car was immaculate when collected and we could not have been more pleased with their helpful attitude

They are crooks. I bought a BMW from this garage, driving home 4 warning lights came on: engine management, service due, coolant, tyre pressure.
I called them, Dave Cross, with whom I spoke, assured me it had been serviced although the service book had not been stamped...?
I drove back a week later, 84 mile around trip, Dave took the car to the garage he said serviced it, they stamped the book, checked the diagnostics, told me to come back a week later!
A few days later, all warnings still on, there was steam coming from the bonnet, had put 4.5 litres coolant in, (the same on a daily basis) Told Dave at Auodeals of Stroud I have no choice and would have to take it to a local garage to me, NCB Autokraft, is it would not make the 42 miles trip to them, without the engine seizing and told Dave the date it was going in for repair.
Dave simply said 'Up to me'
It needed a new radiator and cost £246.31. NCB said the car would NOT have made the journey to Stroud and that the flow meter had been disconnected?
It was only after the work had been done, 6 days later, Dave said he would send a lorry to pick it up and they would repair it.
Autodeals of Stoud are NOT honouring the warranty and paying for this, They have ignored all communication with them, emails, texts etc (so I have a documented paper trail as advised by my solicitor)
During this, I was receiving very inappropriate suggestive text messages from Dave, these have now, thankfully, stopped.
I have fully documented evidence of all of the above which will take to the ombersman.
AVOID! Especailly if you are female

Got a vauxhall zafira from here. Happy with whole process. I knew what I wanted and was willing to spend. The cars sell themselves. Honest and reliable, did all I asked and not worried about the cost. I they buy good stock not any old rubbish and know their motors.
IGNORE ANY BAD REVIEWS THEY DO AS IT SAYS ON THE TIN AND DO NOT TAKE SHORT CUTS TO SELL TO YOU.

bought a car from these cowboys as previous reviews by other people state...they sell cars with many undeclared faults and say selling on behalf of someone else so they can't be taken to account for the crap they sell...they are not interested after you have paid them it's bye bye...i bought a £6000 car week later it's in the garage having £1500 worth of work done...even the MOT looks suspicious having faults whic wouldn't have passed an MOT..state it's had a service before selling it but later found out it had not been done...all i can say is stay away and don't be scammed by this car dealership....definitely avoid!!!

Beware of Autodeals of Stroud! They will pretend that a car is a private sale so they don't have to declare faults, pay taxes and will they will try and keep your deposit. £2k they scammed from me after not declaring the faults with porsche and that it was cat C. I've informed hmrc and trading standards of their unscrupulous practices. DO Not Buy!
