Right from the get go Mike and Gary were fantastic.
What you see is exactly what you get. Nothing's hidden.
They were such nice welcoming people. No pushy sales technique.
They even entertained my 4 year old grandson whilst I looked at a vehicle.
They even did a filter and oil change free of charge.

From the first telephone conversation with Gary who went out of his way checking the car over in the rain and describing every minute detail of the car, to the lovely lad who had valeted our new car and so obviously took such pride in his work, our experience of buying a car from auto deals of Stroud was great. Mike took away any concerns we had and gave us extra guarantees on parts for reassurance. Couldn't ask for fairer or more genuine service from a garage ... Thank you

as we live quite a distance from Stroud, we relied on Mike and Gary answering our questions and talking us through the car's performance, bodywork etc over the phone while we scrutinised the photos on the website.
it was most reassuring to find that there were no hidden surprises, the car was exactly as they had described it and beautifully clean and shiny thanks to Tom's hard work.
we are delighted with our 'new' car! Thank you!
