Iv never bought a car from a dealer before so I was surprised by the Great service, very welcoming and importantly very honest, with no pressure at all. the car came from Volvo via Aultodeals. with full Volo history, It was fully valeted and new service and MOT and drives faultlessly. Traded in a genuine little car which we had from new for which they gave us minimum price. Bought a Honda CR-V 2007 for £5500 (realised too late very overpriced) seemed OK on test. Within a week noticed niggles took it to local garage diagnosed with nearly £1000 of issues. Should have returned it for full refund under Consumer Rights Act but didn't gave them the opportunity to correct faults to which we made a contribution. Couple of months later would not start so returned it again, this time they had it for 2 months when eventually fixed almost held it to ransom despite having purchased 1 year warranty (not worth paper it is written on) again paid a contribution. Couple of months later new faults appeared took to another local garage who told us it would need new clutch and new turbo at which point we cut our losses and scrapped it and bought a new car. Would never purchase from Autodeals of Stroud again and would NOT recommend. If you do buy from them make sure you know your rights.
