I don't generally leave reviews - and I'm not easily impressed either, but Autolab have actually managed to impress me! Having made 2 x twelve hour round trips from Essex to Blackburn to view and then buy / collect my new Landrover Discovery, I have to say that their service is second to none. The car is fabulous, well priced and has had a cracking facelift - they carried out several minor cosmetic repairs and improvments that I pointed out on my first visit without hesitation and in record time too. Adam is a great guy - he definately goes that extra mile to ensure the customer is happy - even kindly arranging to pick us up from the station. I must admit I was initailly a bit sceptical that a car dealer could have so many good reviews and no bad ones - but now I know why! All in all - I can't fault the experience - well done guys and keep up the great work.

Baught an Audi A6 of the boys in Autolab delt with Adam very good lad, got picked up in train station off the lads on the day i picked up the car, you could eat your dinner of the show room floor , would recommend to anyone and deal with Adam if you get the chance very helpful lad

I rang Autolab to enquire about a Land Rover that I liked on their website and from that phone call with Adam everything just seemed so easy. We called at their immaculate showroom....... (it really is like a laboratory with some amazing cars) to view my chosen car and the customer service was second to none. They even sorted the reg transfers and it was all done very quickly so we could pick the car up a week later. Adam couldn't do enough for us and made the buying experience very easy and relaxed. Even a minor issue with a faulty key was remedied very quickly and efficiently at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend this company and would buy from them again.

Fantastic experience from start to finish, we recently purchased an 18 plate RR sport and it is immaculate, a really beautiful car. We did have a tiny issue with a squeaky break but took it along to our local Land Rover garage as advised by Autolab and they resolved this without any problems. Fantastic experience would highly recommend the garage, such lovely people to deal with. Thank you and I am sure we will be back!

I have just purchased a 68 plate Range Rover Sport from AutoLab and has hands down been the best experience I have had buying a car. Looking for a while for a bmw 335d and struggled to get a nice car within my budget in scotland. Found the car I wanted 200miles from home. After messaging the garage on the Friday I had a trade in price and a good deal arranged over the phone on the monday. Adam took care of everything and even transferred my number plate over.
