These guys are amazing. I purchased my Range Rover almost 2 years ago and just traded it in with a newer Range Rover. These guys will bend over backwards for their customers and deliver as per your requirements. They have amazing skilled staff that will please wherever they can. I can't speak highly enough. Very honest and friendly. Thanks again for an amazing new motor. Btw, their coffee is amazing. Lol.
I paid close to 30k for my Range Rover Sport and when i collected the car i couldn't of been happier. It looked brand new! Weeks after buying the car i found out that the parts and body kit was FAKE so i contacted them and they basically told me to do one. So i had paid almost 30k for a FAKE OVER FINCH fully loaded with FAKE PARTS and FAKE RIMS ETC. After only weeks my tyres was always losing pressure so i had them checked, 3 of the 4 had cracks in them. Costing me £180 to fix. I've now had the car almost 2 years and its been in the garage more times than all my past cars put together. I should have cut my losses and sold this car but its hard to sell something thats FAKE been honest! I can only sell this at a huge loss or lie to the buyer and tell them its all legit, something i can not do! A lot of the paint that AUTO LAB UK did has peeled off, the paint work they did thats still on is also dull and not what you'd expend from a £30,000 car! I feel total ripped off and they couldn't care less..... PLEASE NO NOT BUY FROM THESE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Brought a range was totally happy with it , really happy with the whole experience and service and the finish product. But then I find a fault and a totally different approach from the guys no service no cumunication not interested,, the distance to them makes it hard to get to them, and it feels like they play on that. After service is nil.

had my rangerover wheels and my lights refurbed they did a top notch job from start to finish nice price to would use them again tony colne lancs
Found the whole experience excellent. They team were brilliant, personal service and the car is amazing. They really know what they are doing and care less about selling more about service and you getting the car you want. Will defo use again.
Fantastic from my first phone call to the arrival of the v5 from Swansea, Auto Lab even organised the transfer of my private plate, dont think a main dealer would do that!!! This firm take good cars and make them into superb cars!!
Excellent dealer to buy from, I would recommend them to any one considering a Range Rover Autobiography, or any other vehicle they have in stock.. There attention to detail is better than the dealership. Friendly, honest and excellent value for money. I would purchase another vehicle from them again.
I Purchased a Range Rover from these guys for my wife's 40th and from start to finish the service was outstanding,their friendly professional mannerism made it such an easy transaction and a pleasure to deal with them,I would highly recommend them to others,even the delivery guy took his time to make sure we were satisfied,these guys truly are the real deal!!!
I am driving a car which I bought for a lot of money but few cosmetic issues makes me not want to drive it. Taking months to send out a small parcel- the distance is far so after sales service let down
