I recently purchased a Jaguar XE from Autotrade Birmingham, very happy with the car, everything seems fine so far. The customer service was great. Happy with the over-all process and car.

When I enquired about the car the dealer was very informative and helpful, they sent me a video of the car and I loved it. I went to view and agreed to buy, the dealer was not pushy or pressuring me into the sale - they left me and my wife to look around and make our decision in our own time. During the sale the staff at Autotrade Birmingham was fantastic, they got everything sorted for me, quickly and efficiently. A few days after having the car, I noticed some issues, the battery, clutch and few odd bits here and there. I contacted Autotrade and they organised to get the car back in, they have sorted absolutely everything, and rather than fixing they have replaced all parts that were damaged, I couldn't have asked for any more from them. It didn't cost me a penny, and the work that's been carried out, is to a high standard. When Ive contacted them regarding the problems, they have always been so understanding, polite and helpful. I can't fault the service at all, the sales service was brilliant and the mechanics have been great throughout too. I would confidently buy another car from Autotrade in the future. Although I've experience problems with the car, they have done everything in their power to put it right and gone above and beyond for me.

The Mini Cooper I bought is lovely, everything seems brilliant so far and its very nice to drive. I just did a good 2.5/3 hour drive in Mini and everything seemed smooth enough, no issues at all. Nick was fantastic, the service he provided, couldn't have been better, he was helpful and friendly. The whole process was quick and easy, I would happily buy from Autotrade Birmingham again in the future.

Everything seems to be absolutely fine with the car I bought from Autotrade Birmingham. I did have a little issue with the rear view mirror, I went to adjust it and it completely fell off, I drove straight to Autotrade on the Saturday afternoon and they got it fixed within half an hour of being there. The dealership don't usually allow test drives to happen after half 5, but they was really accommodating and allowed me to test drive it a little later than usual. The customer service during, and after, was absolutely fantastic, went the extra mile for me. The car is prefect now, I'm enjoying driving it and I've not had any issues since, I would happily buy from them again.

I've never really bought a newish car before, so this was a whole new experience for me. I cannot fault the dealership at all. Everybody looked after me, extremely helpful and very friendly. The customer service was amazing. The car I bought is lovely, I really do love it. My old car was 15 years old, so this car feels like luxury, I am still getting used to it, but its comfortable and nice to drive. I am very happy, I would definitely recommend Autotrade Birmingham to others looking for a new car.

I went to Autotrade Birmingham an bought a relatively new Audi A1 it has been a brilliant experience, the car is beautiful and great to drive, I'm very happy with it. Its much better and definitely an upgrade from the 18 year old Nissan Micra I had, it drives perfectly, and as you can imagine much more comfortable to drive. The service provided was absolutely brilliant, helpful, friendly, I couldn't have asked for much more. Happily recommend to others in the market for a new car, and I would have no issues in buying from them again.
