I can't knock Autotrade at all, the car I bought is fantastic, its driving perfectly well. Due to Covid-19 I've not managed to get out much in it, but it's very nice to look at and looks great on my drive! I'm excited to give it a decent drive out. Nick was really really good, very friendly and helpful. Any questions I fired at him, he answered and gave me great advice. Everything was good, very happy, A positive buying experience!

I went to Autotrade Birmingham, and I honestly could not have asked for better customer service, I really wanted the Kia they had in stock and the team at Autotrade did everything possible to make it happen. I asked them to hold the car for me, and they did, they held the car for 3 weeks! I was waiting to get the funds together, so I left a small deposit with them first. Nick was the salesman that looked after me, he was fantastic, not only during the sale, but before and after too. The Kia is much more comfortable than my previous car, and its perfect to drive. I have done 2 very long-distance drives in the car since buying it and its been fantastic. I know I have bought a trustworthy car from a reliable dealership, who went above and beyond for me. Nick taxed the car for when I picked it up, he sorted all the paperwork, it was a stress-free experience for me. I looked around for quite some time for the right car but Autotrade had the spec I wanted and the lowest mileage. There was no hard selling or pressure on me, Nick handed me the keys and told me to go and look at the car and take my time, he answered all questions and was just brilliant. Thank you Autotrade Birmingham! I will be back when ready and recommend you to all friends and family.

I highly recommend Autotrade Birmingham!! I bought a Mini One, its perfect, its lovely to drive and myself and my husband are thoroughly enjoying it. The service was fantastic, I felt really looked after, they did everything they said they would, extremely helpful and friendly people. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

I purchased a Mazda 6 from Autotrade Birmingham, the guys were very helpful, I can't fault the service they provided. I'm very pleased with the car, I'm enjoying driving it. Still getting used to it, but I'm getting there now. I would happily recommend to others and buy again from them.

I recently purchased an Audi A3 at autotrade and the service provided was great. The car previously had a few scratches and needed some work completing before collecting the car and the car was in good condition when it was time for me to collect. I had a minor oil leak a few weeks after purchasing however i took it straight back to the garage and they fixed the issue straight away. I highly recommend Autotrade.
