When to browse at what was there and was spoken too very rudely and very obnoxiously too

Like most people I do my homework before I go and spend a lot of my money on a new car. Autotrade Birmingham offer really competitive pricing on the cars they stock. I also found that the staff are really friendly and offer a good service. When i picked up my BMW it was clean, had been fully serviced and an excellent handover was given. In total I have had 3 cars from this garage and all have been hassle free outside of general wear and tear. My advice to anyone would be go and visit the team and take your own view on the service you receive, I would not rely on some of the reviews placed on this site. I would question that some of them are from other local garages looking to create a bad name for Autotrade Birmingham by leaving false reviews. in short - GOOD CARS, GREAT STAFF, FANTASTIC PRICES........ WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT!!!!.

Audi a3 1.6 tdi Black 3dr special swirled paint work edition. Purchased in February log book turned up on the 12th of June lol and it had chuff all to do with covid before you come back with that one lol.So what can I say about autotrade Birmingham Central House, Kingsbury Rd, Minworth B76 1AU and yes it's the right place lol. So on the subject of the car I picked to sadly buy from these crooked lying individuals is so far lovely and fairly reliable to drive and that's pretty much where it ends for me because each time I walk back to my car I try to avoid looking at it due to they way it visually looks after removing all the goo they had covered it in. A simple wash and dry after I'd got it home for the first time..... I was horrified :( but as the great Simon of autotrade bham said to me over the phone "your paint work is neither here nor there" so definitely don't go here if you plan on buying a car that looks good also lol although they did take it back in once to try and correct the issue that is now a "neither here nor there issue" according to simone but all they did was actually damaged my paint work more lol drove my car a 26 mile round trip and gave it me back with the fuel light on showing 10miles when it had over 60miles in the tank?? And also scuffed my alloy up the curb on return so that's just a little sample of the kind of people you will be dealing with. James is also a lying individual that operates here and a clear example of that is on my test drive of the car HE offered to make sure my rear window wiper was replaced due to it scraping on activation and also replacing the key fob battery because the one I used on the test drive indicated it was low..... Guess what neither were done and the look I got when I asked to see receipts of work they had charged me for on the car.... Well you'd of thought I'd asked something inappropriate and guess what.... Again never got to see or have receipts for work done by them. Couldn't tell me what oil had been put in the vehicle after work was carried out and again asked why did I want to know?? And I think the final thing for me is the fact that after I'd left a deposit on the vehicle it was driven in excess of 30 miles after it had been given a mot which was done the day I left my deposit (test center is less than 3 miles from your garage) so I guess someone took my car home that night even though there had been a deposit left??? But they did try to explain that to me by saying it had to be test driven after work was done but then my counter argument is..... Why did you call me a hour after I'd driven away to tell me to check my water level due to work being done?? If it was already test driven 30 plus miles the water should of settled and certainly should of been checked on the return of the test drive after said work......... Like I said at the start they definitely have got some nice cars but it's also definitely a buyer beware kind of place because they are definitely looking to have your pants down just like they kind of have mine. I'm left paying for a car I lucky still enjoy driving but can't stand looking at it due to shitty dishonest people. Also everything I've claimed here I can back up and prove.

Had the vehicle I bought from Autotrade Birmingham for 4 months no log book, taking the fucking p, go in and ask ‘we forgot to send it off’ absolute tools waste of space.

Purchased 3 year old vehicle from Autotrade Birmingham, more problems than anything. Too many problems and issues with vehicle to list on here. Do not buy from this garage

I visited Autotrade in Birmingham to view a nice Mercedes estate found one in excellent order well presented and nothing was to much trouble to get it out to have a test drive nice bunch of lads no high pressure to buy but liked the car and agreed a price for my car. Thanks.

Purchased car and a £200 warranty various issues some were dealt with some l had to pay towards. Shocks and Wheel bearings not covered with the ABSOLUTLY EVERYTHING COVERED WARRANTY. now need to spend £ 7/800 to keep the car sweet WISH I HAD USED THE WARRANTY MONEY TO HAVE THE CAR INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDANT. A truly regrettable forgettable experience with Autotrade Birmingham.

I went to autotrade birmingham to buy a new car and the service I receive was excellent!! All staff there were very helpful and polite and were very supportive with me being a car! Would definitely recommend to go here.

The service i received when i purchased my hyundai i10 on Tuesday 4th July was outstanding they could not be more efficient and professional i would recommend them to anyone and i would certainly go back in the future without a doubt.
