My salesman was a man named John and he was both honest and kind. I travelled from Manchester to London, the honesty from the team meant my journey was not wasted and was massively appreciated.

Good car and good service

Bought my second car (first time independently). The staff were non judgemental and answered all questions Was offered a service as part of the sale, which was really quick and I was out the garage in under an hour from having test drive. Car runs perfectly, have had no issues with it 3 months on Also the car was deep cleaned inside pre sale and it still smells really good

Everything was perfect at the point of purchase and I've no complaints about that part of the experience. However, being totally honest I’ve been a little disappointed with the aftersales support. We agreed in writing that a tyre would be replaced and the paintwork would be touched up to a satisfactory standard, but unfortunately, we’re still waiting on both with some back and forth along the way. It’s a little disheartening as aside from this, the car itself has been perfectly fine.

I'm enjoying the car and they provided excellent service. One improvement though - perhaps on the test drive, I would have liked to go on a longer route so I could have built up speed. I'd give them 4.5 stars.

There was a bit of confusion around payment methods. I'd hoped to pay by credit card which my finance broker advised would be fine. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication along the way which was a little frustrating. That's the reason for my 3.5* rating. It’s unclear where the misunderstanding occurred, but Charlie at Balham did everything he could to try and help. I'd rate his service 5/5.

Customer service was very good, Charlie was very helpful, he showed around the car, made the purchase procedure very smooth.

all of the staff have been incredibly supportive and patient throughout the process, and even during the aftersales elements. Charlie was really friendly and informative, and when we had to take the car in to be checked over within the warranty, the service guys were all fantastic!
