I came to purchase my daughter her first car, I picked up the VW Golf and she is dong well learning in it! She loves the car and can't wait until she is away behind the wheel on her own.. only one small crash as of yet ;) Nothing major and nobody got hurt! The salesman Charlie was very good and looked after us perfectly!

I would rate Balham Car's a 5 star, I thought the process was great. Everything ran like clock work and the Audi S Line I purchased is a perfect little car. The lads were helpful from the moment I arrived. The moment that I saw the car, I knew I wanted it, had to take the chance whilst I could! Glad I made the choice I did! Thank Balham team for doing everything you could to get me int he car as quick as possible!

My Golf GTI is running perfectly! I love it so much, it is such a lovely car. Its great fun to drive and most of all its highly reliable.. I have no issues in the slightest! The Staff dealing with me, Charlie and John looked after me so well. I didn't need to lift a finger they the kind of salesmen you want to deal with, no mad pressure and no rush at all.

I am overall very happy with my experience. It was all round a great experience. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new motor in London!.

As far as customer service goes this was excellent. They were all lovely guys down there and happy to help with anything. I will happily re visit when I want to swap the C4 and I would recommend to anybody looking to buy a new car from a nice dealership to visit too.

I must say I am really really pleased with my experience down with Balham Motor Cars. Honestly, Charlie was amazing and really took me under his wing. With this being my first car purchase ever, it was daunting, I was scared but with the help of Charlie I had nothing to worry about. He was so informative from start to finish, he gave me so much reassurance about the car, told me about the final checks it was going to have, helped me with the best insurance and so on. After my experience with the Ford KA, I have come to the conclusion I would come back here in the future and I was even told that If I do have any issues, finger crossed I don't I would always come back there with the warranty and they will get it sorted for me. Thanks for making my first car purchase so easy and smooth.

I think its very good to have a used car dealership in London as there is not many at all, there's lots of new car dealerships meaning it is had to get your hands on a second hand car that is reliable from a reputable garage. The buying process was easy, they were easy to deal with and it was very convenient. I rate this dealership very highly and I would recommend to anyone.

The VW Golf is running a dream! Its the exact car I wanted, its in smashing condition for a used car too, very impressed! The customer service that was provided was brill, in fact it was pretty perfect. Although, I'm rating a 4 only because .. a little more haggle wouldn't of gone a miss ;)

I saw an advert on AutoTrader for the Audi A3 and it was down at Balham London, I decided to go and view it, it looked great and I really liked the look of it, the price was really good too, especially in London. I think it was the owner of the dealership that was dealing with us andhe was great, he took the time to explain the details and ensured a smooth run, we had no hiccups. Highly recommended by myself!

Down at Balham Cars, it was not daunting in the slightest. I felt very well looked after and I had plenty of support form the lovely staff that were carrying the sale. Every question I asked was answered in great detail and my sales advisor made sure that I had full understanding before going ahead with buying my Peugeot.
