I can't thank the sales team enough for putting my mind at ease about buying a car that I've never had before. The name escapes who looked after me but they sat me down after looking around the car and explained absolutely everything about the car and in great detail, they even asked what I was hoping to get out of the car to see if it's a good fit for me. Everyone was really professional and friendly, it made buying the car so much better. My Nissan Qashqai has been a lovely vehicle, and everything has worked out well. If I could give a score out of 10 it would be 11.

I'm happy with the purchase. Six weeks on, and I just got back from a road trip from France, where I really put it through its paces. The automatic transmission is new to me, but living in London, I’ve realised that driving a manual is a nightmare, so the automatic/semi-automatic is a welcome change. On the day of the purchase, everything went smoothly with no problems at all. I’ve known the garage for 15 years as they deal with my MOT's, which is why I chose to buy a car from here. My only reason for 4.5 stars is because there’s always room for improvement!

So far so good with my Nissan Juke! - I've not own a Nissan before so it's a welcome change but I'm still getting used to it. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was very helpful and couldn't of done enough for me.

This was my first time visiting Balham and I have to say that I'm very happy with how my car buying experience went. From the initial enquiry to the aftercare, the team has always been very responsive to get any issues resolved and wouldn't spin a web of lies. It's really a dealership you can trust. The condition of the car was great, both body work and mechanically. It's only been around 4 weeks but as I've been back and forth on the motorway, it's had a fair run out with no issues.

After a quick search online I found the perfect car around the corner from me as I'm based in Forest Hill. It was nice to know I didn't have to travel too far to find a great dealership. When I arrived all of the team were brilliant at taking care of any concerns I had about the car. I think it was Charlie who was the main salesman who conducted the sale who was lovely by the way, and I found him to be a really nice guy. I do keep getting a service light come on that needs removing but otherwise, I've got no complaints!

Everything was made so easy when buying our Volkswagen Polo. There wasn't any sort of pressure put on by any members of the team and even though we had a Polo before, it was nice of the team to offer us a test drive. We went ahead with the car and it's been so much better than our old Volkswagen. It was a welcomed upgrade to say the least. I would happily buy a car from here again.

I've known about the dealership for some time now as a good friend of mine has had a few cars from here before and he recommended them to me when I mentioned I was in the market for a new car. I ended up driving away in a Peugeot 3008 which has been a solid purchase. I did have a check engine light come on 3 days after driving it away but it's cleared the error on its own and I reckon it could be because the car has been sitting for a while as it hasn't come on since.

So far my Lexus is going very well and other than a small issue with a light, it's been a great car. I've gone directly to Lexus to get the issue resolved, instead of letting Balham Cars Know know with them being further away. As for the customer service everything went great. I think it was Charlie who looked after me first, but then I was passed to an Irish chap to finalise the paperwork, both were great.

I can't thank John from Balham Cars London enough for all his help while I was buying my Audi A5. From the moment I walked into the dealership, John made the entire experience seamless. He was incredibly friendly and approachable, which instantly put me at ease. What I appreciated most was how informative he was throughout the process; he took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. John was also exceptionally transparent about everything, from the car's history to the pricing and financing options. As someone who has only bought one other car before, this level of honesty and openness made a huge difference to me. The whole process, from browsing the options to finalizing the purchase, was smooth and stress-free.
