Recently purchased a great car from Balham Cars. The full experience of the purchase was fantastic from first contact with them to driving my Vauxhall away. They made the purchase very easy and there was no pressure selling at all just a calm process. Its clear to see that they only source clean cars as I had a browse of all stock and every car is in fantastic condition inside and out. John and Charlie at Balham Cars London Ltd are two of the nicest people you will ever deal with when buying a used car. They are super friendly, no pressure, they will leave you alone to look over any car you are interested in buying without hovering over you. The cars at their place are all super clean and they put a lot of effort into making sure that all the cars are spotless, even detailing alloy wheels and carrying out full service and mot for you as well. They really do try to source the best of the bunch of used cars so that they can sell them on without worry. Due to such a good experience I had with them I will not hesitate to shop here again when I need another vehicle.

This is the first time i've been to Balham Cars London Ltd and I can honestly say that the whole experience was fantastic, customer care is clearly top of their agenda and they really do lead the way here. I had so many question to ask them and they were really polite and helpful, normally when a dealer sells you a car that’s it but they called me after the sale and asked if everything was going okay with my Audi and if I was happy with the service I received which shows to me they really do care about their customers and thrive in delivering a high level of customer service and aftercare.
