I am really loving my new Mini, I have always had new cars on PCP so buying a used car was a relatively new experience for me however, I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with Balham Cars London and wouldn't have any reservations in using them again. We had a little scare within the first month when we took the car to a local garage to have the aircon re-gassed and the mechanic noticed a ticking noise, he said this was the timing belt and we had to get this changed, we were offered the extended warranty and declined due to how far away from the dealership we live, for this reason, we didn't make Balham aware and paid for this ourselves, the mechanic did however say, everything looked immaculate, the car seemed to be really well taken care of and I am loving driving it. I have the roof down at every given opportunity and plan on getting another couple bits looked at for our peace of mind coming into the winter months.

Every time i look at my car, I just think I love you! It's the perfect little car for me and I am really pleased with it. I find it a lot easier to say things when something goes wrong but the whole process have been easy, simple, pleasant and the car is absolutely perfect. Charlie was excellent! Someone has scrapped the side of me already but that's the joys of driving in London I suppose. I will certainly buy from Balham again!

Generally, the car has been excellent, John and Charlie are both excellent salesmen and really, really good at what they do. I wasn't expecting a brand new pristine car, I am very realistic with my expectations. I did notice more scratches on the body work after I had washed the car and I have noticed a squeaking from the brake disks, aside from this, I am very happy with the car, it drives really well and looks good too. I'm going to look to get the brakes sorted under the warranty which will make a massive difference and would certainly return to Balham Cars London.

My car is doing very very well, the Nissan Qashqai is the perfect size car for me and my family and is better than anything we have had before. Charlie and John were both very very nice, looked after us and made is feel well at home. I have noticed recently the clutch does feel rather hard which has been worrying me but I have the extended warranty and one of the team called me to check everything was going well, I highlighted the issue and he assured me we would get this looked into and I am confident this will be resolved, 11/10 service start to finish!

John & Charlie were incredible from start to finish!. Nothing was ever too much for them and they got everything sorted in a short amount of time and I was able to pick the car up at a time that was good for myself with no hassle. The Volkswagen is incredible I honestly can’t recommend John & Charlie enough! They really know everything and I can’t recommend Balham Cars London enough! Next time it comes to buying a car I won’t think twice about going back to John & Charlie. I only scored them 4 out of 5 because no one is ever perfect, but boy did these come close.

Charlie and John are fab at Balham, incredibly informative and friendly. The car that they sold me is a great car and loving it, unfortunately I am having a slight issue with the Engine coolant leaking but I am in communications with them and have every faith they will help me get this sorted.

I would honestly give Charlie at Balham cars more than 5* if I could. Not only is the car spot on, and im really enjoying driving it, the customer service Charlie gave me was top notch. I have been shouting from the rooftops recommending Balham Cars to all my friends and family and as much as I adore my car, when the time comes that I need a upgrade I will be heading straight there.

Once I had bought my new Mercedes from Balham Cars about a week later, there became a issue with the car. I called up Charlie at Balham and he said bring it down and it was fixed promptly with no questions asked. Best after sales I have ever experienced. 5* service all day long

Charlie is an amazing lad, brilliant in fact! I went to visit Balham Cars London on Friday morning and after looking around the showroom, I found the Vauxhall Adam. I then spoke to Charlie and asked if it was possible to get the car before Monday as that is when I would need it for my commute to work. He reassured me that he would do the best he could, and he really did hit it out of the park!! My car had been serviced, had its tyre's changed and valeted. I then got a call from Charlie on Saturday morning to tell me the car was ready to be collected and with all the issues resolved. I picked it up that morning and it has been an amazing daily car since.

An amazing experience for buying any car! It was my first time purchasing a car from here but it was one of my friends who actually recommended me to visit the dealership. John was very open to listen to me ramble on about the type of colour, the size of the car, engine size etc.... but he was very helpful. I went for the Vauxhall Zafira and it has been getting the job done for now. There is one small issue, which is that the air-con doesn't work so I do need to mention this but overall I'm very happy!
