All is running seamlessly well with my new Renault Clio, I am getting along with it nicely, runs just as it should, great on petrol and its costly to run and maintain. I like the guys down at the dealership, they were chatty, bubbly, warm and welcoming and easy going, I got along with them straight away - especially Charlie he is a good man. Rating the highest there is here. I'll see you again when I'm ready for a change!

I am lovingggg the new car. So... her name is Angie the Astra and she drives like a babe! I am so happy and I do really enjoy driving her, shes the nicest car I've owned, shes perfect. I got along with Charlie and John superduper well too, they were stars! They looked after me well, even when I had a small issue with the tyre they picked the phone up straight away, got Angie sorted and then even said if there is anything else to get back in contact. I have had no issues here, they are such nice people down at Balham, so so lovely! I highly recommend and thank for my gurlll Angie! 🚗💗

My wife had a Nissan note previously which she loved to pieces, unfortunately the car was written of and so began the hunt to find a replacement. Balham Cars London had a perfect one ready and waiting for us, with very little convincing we took it! Charlie and the team were great, very helpful and informative, my wife is made up with her new car.

After reading Balham Cars London's reviews and with them being just a hop, skip and a jump away from me, I decided the venture down and have a look at what they could offer me. They had a really nice Kia Sportage available which was in excellent condition and looked really well. Balham's reviews reassured me that they are the type of business to meet their customers in the middle whenever issue occur with the car. This made the decision a lot easier and I am made up with my new Sportage! So far, no issues whatsoever! Charlie was absolutely spot on!

Getting used to my new Hyundai i10 has been no easy feet, it's a lot lower than my last car which makes it more difficult to get in and out and makes it harder to spot in car parks although, I was giving lifts last week in the pouring rain, managed to fit 4 passengers in the car and it handled very well! I was very much filled with confidence when my friends sister told me she had the same car and the RAC had to come out and fix a flat, they said we hardly ever see the i10's because they are so reliable! John defiantly guided me well and was excellent with me in store, he even went as far as showing me where the features are which I might not know about without looking in the book and he did this o the day I collected the car which was really nice. my only criticism would be I don't feel I benefited from the test drive very much as the local area is heavily restricted by speed limits, I understand it's location but if there were any bypass or dual carriage ways we could have gone on to get out of 3rd gear, I would have rated full marks!!

I bought a Polo from Balham Cars London, I have always been found of VW as they are very reliable and have great, affordable cars. I drive my Polo every weekend and so far haven't had anything to complain about, will quite happy sing the praises of John and the team at Balham Cars London!

Very happy with John, Charlie and Balham Cars London as whole. I bought a Vauxhall Astra from them and the experience in store was second to none.. Both John and Charlie worked as a dream team answering all my questions, showing me round the cars available and ensuring the experience felt relaxed and enjoyable. I had a couple issues with the car after we bought it, if I knew the car would have had these issues, I maybe wouldn't have bought this car, but I certainly would have looked at one of the others cars Balham had on offer.

I'm really happy with my Kia, she drives like a little beauty and Charlie was a great help from making the initial inquiry to collecting my car he went above and beyond all of my expectations. Very happy with the team at Balham Cars London and how they conducted the sale! I have unfortunately suffered ligament damage in my left leg which has made it a very painful task to use a clutch, with this being my first time buying an automatic, I was taken on a very thorough test drive, I didn't feel pressured on the test drive, got the opportunity to try some manoeuvrers and really get an understanding of the car. There was no time limit and the salesman was happy to show me all the functions and features of the car before even asking my thoughts on it. Automatic aside, I really liked how spacious it was, I love the big boot and not feeling squashed in my driving position, the car drives great, it was a great purchase! I have had a small issues in the last couple days where it feels laggy pulling away, going to speak to the team for some advise and I'm sure they will be equally as helpful as they have been since day 1. I will happily shop here again in the future!
