What a great experience this has been in buying a second hand car. Both sales men, and the Valetta are 100% passionate about the job they do. This is so different to main stream dealers, no hassle just two very knowledgeable guys with a friendly approach to selling cars. This wasn’t a garage close to me but the way we were treated, was absolutely amazing. As for the Car, well the condition of the car and cleanliness, could of passed for a brand new one from a main dealer. Even with the garage being quite a way from me, when I am next in the market for another Car for myself or a family member, I would not hesitate to check their website or give the two sales guys a ring. Can’t prise them enough. A truly outstanding experience in buying a Car.

This is the second car I’ve helped my sons buy from Bedmond Motors in less than a year. Both cars were immaculate, top of the range, very low mileage, market price - and cheaper than elsewhere online or other garages. One has even got up in price by over £2k! I helped them because young boys are just obvious, easy targets for unscrupulous salesmen and I ask A LOT of questions!!!! I am not an easy pushover when having to part with money and will not be taken for a “ride” - and Bedmond Motors definitely know and respect that. I also have a private mechanic and he always checks out any cars I buy within the first week. He found no faults with them at all. I have had my fair share of car dealers and private sales over the years and they can simply be ruthless (and dangerous!) so it’s very refreshing to find a genuine garage run by friendly and fun, non pushy people. Martin has been totally reliable, helpful and friendly and I don’t believe he is capable of giving anything other than a first class service. I’ve also seen him with other clients. My sons totally trust him too and don’t want to buy from anywhere else either. The garage has helped us and let them test drive cars and even take them home overnight on approval (as their work means they were not around much) and gave us courtesy cars whilst the ones we were buying were being finally prepared for sale, servicing and valet. Even the valet guy was lovely and we had a long chat with him, he just takes pride in what he does! They also advised and arranged finance and tax. They are currently searching for another car to pate ex and update mine. I was sorry to read the poor reviews, but that has certainly not been our experience and we feel assured that even if there was a problem with any of the cars we have bought, they would put it right straight away. We certainly have not had any unpleasant experiences and are very glad we’ve found somewhere trustworthy to buy cars.

Worst experience ever. Tried to secure a vehicle over 3 weeks ago, card details taken over the phone to secure a deposit. Informed a week later by Mark that he recorded them down wrong, meaning he did not process through a card machine at the time, but instead noted my details down and stored them (if there's any fraudulent activity on my account, I'll be quick to know where this came from). Constantly calling and chasing, hearing the most ridiculous excuse after excuse, Mark and Martin will be quick to blame each other over taking any responsibility themselves. Had me in tears and stressed out over their constant lies, the latest lie of many; blaming the garage they use for not releasing the vehicle then claiming they needed to do an mot, when mot was clearly completed the week prior (checked online). Maybe its my fault for expecting more from car salesmen. 3 weeks later and sick of constantly chasing, I purchased my own c4 cactus, newer, lower mileage and cheaper with great service from a private seller. If you've purchased this car, YT65VZP and paid a penny over £6299, you have been mugged off by Mark and Martin.

Del Boy and Rodney owned a car lot! "Mon dieu!" Purchased a car on agreement a few things would be fixed with the sale. Wheel refurbishment, scratches polished off and a chrome moulding. Well that’s was all pleasant and money exchanged. When I arrived to collect the car, none of it was done but given every assurance it would be sorted and plausible reasoning why it hadn’t (little did I know). Drove car home only to return the very next day as the front suspension made a horrible noise. Required full replacement and lucky a good local garage was at hand and honest despite the call from the car lot to them asking a “cheap job”, luckily the garage were honest. Less then 2 weeks, car back in as it sounded like a jet engine. Wheel bearings completely gone. Since then, like many previous customers experienced, you basically get excuses every time you call and nothing ever gets done! 3 months later the paint is still on order with Peugeot ( it’s missed every weekly delivery date for 3 months) and the chrome moulding costs to much money for their lip service agreement ( they looking every day on eBay, I am sure I will get it soon as it’s been 3 months). They buy cars from auction, give it a quick clean and hope for the best. They promise what they need for the sale and then make excuses. In fact I witnessed them asking the garage to “ stamp the service book on that car also” followed by a wink wink, which clearly indicates they don’t even do that, how else would my car have all these issues with 1 owner and 23k on the clock, or the previous customers reviews who had the unfortunate experience of purchasing from this dealership. If you are lucky enough to check their reviews before visiting…. Stay clear, save yourself the hassle and take your money elsewhere

Picked up my car 12 days ago,on the drive home noticed there was no rear wiper,keep in mind the car had just had m o t. I rang was promised that one would be sent straight out. Im still waiting.i drove car 2 days and noticed tyre pressure going down that prooved to be a leaking tpms sensor valve had it replaced and tyre pressure stayed up. Its things like this that show a garage that doesnt care once they have your money.few small chips ect to paint that is to be expected on a 3yr old car.wiper and tyre valve reason for my gripe if they had just sent wiper blade i would have left good feed back and let the sensor valve go. advice to bedmond motor centre go that little further for your customers and you wont receive feed back like this a wiper blade was only £6 and sensor fitted £25.To sum up £31 and i would have gave a great review...

Martin was very helpful, spent time explaining my options, I took car for test drive on Tuesday, car readying Friday, helped me sort tax, blue tooth and answered my other questions. Would def recommend bedmond motors,100% ticked all myboxes

Bought a used car from Bedmond Motor Centre. After taking delivery I found it to have multiple faults. The biggest one and the most concerning was the fact that the car had been in an accident at some point. I rang Bedmond to discuss these problems and was shocked by their initial reaction. I said that I would like to return the car as it was not road worthy. This was only just over a week of receipt of the car. I was told that this could not happen. Then in a different telephone call he said he would have to contact the director of the company. Then in another telephone call I was offered money off of the price paid to get these faults sorted. But quite honestly what they offered me would not have come near to the bill I would have faced if I had agreed to this. In all these conversations I was told about the amount of money they were losing in connection with this car. They were not concerned how much it was costing me. I again told them that I would like a full refund on the car.By this time three weeks had elapsed. I had paid for this car but was unable to drive it and it sat on my drive. In my next telephone call to Bedmond they asked for the car to be taken back to them so they could inspect it and they would then contact me with their findings. The car was taken back and I was offered a courtesy car which had no tax or MOT. The offer of this was declined by me. I heard nothing for some time. At this point alarm bells started to ring so I asked my Solicitor to act on my behalf. In the end I rang Bedmond and they then decided that I could have a refund because the car did have multiple faults. But to top it all they said they couldn't refund the total price and were only prepared to give me the price I paid minus £300. So as far as them losing money on this car they have lost nothing whereas I am 300 pounds down not to mention the tax lost, petrol lost, Solicitors bill lost and my time which I will never get back. I am furious and would not recommend this Motor trader to any one. Don't be fooled when they spin you the line of being a caring family run business. These people are only interested in sales and not the customer especially when they have received their money in full.

Hi Phil Taking that you own a garage and have been an MOT tester for 20 years as you have informed us. We carried out as requested by yourself a years MOT which had no advisories, changed some cosmetic parts and serviced the vehicle prior to your collection at an independent garage to ourselves. We are sure that with your vast experience and knowledge of vehicles if what you are implying is correct, you would not have purchased or even collected the vehicle. Please bear in mind you we given the keys and left alone with your wife in total for around 4 hours to inspect and drive the vehicle on your combined visits to the showroom. You were undecided when you made the purchase and we suggested that vehicle may not be for yourself because of your uncertainty. This became apparent shortly after collection when on a used car you found some wear and tear issues and decided it was not for you. We however tried to resolve these issues unfortunately your demands and threats of damaging our reputation have now come to this review you have posted. We have tried to reason with you offering lots of solutions. You informed us when we questioned why you had a solicitor write us a letter that it was a family friend and he did not charge a fee for it. We questioned this as we were puzzled about it as we had remained in communication with you at every opportunity. The road tax as you know for this car was zero so therefore did not cost you anything nor has done. We think that your demands and aggressive telephone manor coupled with legal threats are no way to conduct yourself in a reasonable manor. As requested and agreed by yourself we have refunded the agreed amount and now since then you have decided to write this unfair and callous review, when your last words to us were you were being very fair with me. We hope that as a businessman especially in the motor trade you do not experience the behavior that you have portrayed to us over this transaction.

Phoned Bedmond Motor Centre to arrange test drive and took the car out within minutes of arrival. Reasonable exchange price paid for my old car and they serviced the new one before collection. Would recommend them to friends.
