Bedmond Motor Centre May 2016. Here's my true account of this company. Because of the glowing telephone description of the £10k car, we drove 180 miles to buy it. When we arrived we were in for a nasty shock. Body had lots of marks and touch ups, back of car was full of dog hairs, rear parcel shelf cracked, front tyres barely legal, damage to window trim looked like a dog had been clawing at it, and only one ignition key. He wouldn't a budge a penny on price. What a wasted journey...I felt angry and an uneasy feeling with the guy, I walked away, thank God I did, I wouldn't buy a sparkplug from these clowns. Don't say I didn't warn you.
I bought a Nissan Juke from here in September and apart from a missing spare wheel it has been a great buy. They were very reliable throughout the sale, they had everything ready on time and paid back my deposit earlier than expected. Very happy.

Whilst the car I purchased was what I wanted and I have had two happy trouble free years driving it. The actual dealership was not very customer friendly. The day I came looking they had someone 'apparently' not associated with the dealership but ran the mechanic shop overseeing potential buyers. Which meant there was a lack of attention or care towards me as a possible customer. On the day that I went back to test drive it, again the sales advisor was seemingly rather busy and so left me to my own devices. Then when I came back to collect it there was very little acknowledgement or a thank you. If I had had more time, patience and desire to look for a car I might not have purchased the car. I have recently changed cars and didnt even contemplate here! Says it all really!!

Dealer was terrible, blatantly broke trading laws, advertised the vehicle falsly, vehicle had damage not mentioned, didn't have full manufacturer service history as described. They were rude when these issues were brought up and didn't resolve them in any way. Overall stereotypical dodgy car dealer. Considering legal action. Avoid them at all costs.
