I purchased a Nissan Duke from this dealership back in April and everything had been fine. The car was very clean and as described, Good value for money and I have had no issues with it, The dealer was helpful and I would recommend this dealership based on my experience with them.

I bought a Nissan Juke from here in September and apart from a missing spare wheel it has been a great buy. They were very reliable throughout the sale, they had everything ready on time and paid back my deposit earlier than expected. Very happy.

Whilst the car I purchased was what I wanted and I have had two happy trouble free years driving it. The actual dealership was not very customer friendly. The day I came looking they had someone 'apparently' not associated with the dealership but ran the mechanic shop overseeing potential buyers. Which meant there was a lack of attention or care towards me as a possible customer. On the day that I went back to test drive it, again the sales advisor was seemingly rather busy and so left me to my own devices. Then when I came back to collect it there was very little acknowledgement or a thank you. If I had had more time, patience and desire to look for a car I might not have purchased the car. I have recently changed cars and didnt even contemplate here! Says it all really!!

Dealer was terrible, blatantly broke trading laws, advertised the vehicle falsly, vehicle had damage not mentioned, didn't have full manufacturer service history as described. They were rude when these issues were brought up and didn't resolve them in any way. Overall stereotypical dodgy car dealer. Considering legal action. Avoid them at all costs.
