Seen some mixed reviews on here but can only speak about the sales guy Martin. From start to finish Martin has been outstanding in how he has dealt with purchasing my daughters first car. If I were to go back to Bedmond Motor Centre it would be due to him. Whoever owns the place should keep hold of him as he has a really good manner. I think some of these reviews must have been referring to the other bloke.

Having made an appointment to see and test drive a car 24 hours earlier, i had to wait 15mins to be seen by anybody at Bedmond Motor Centre only to be told that the car had been sold. I think that a phone call to let me know that the car had been sold would have saved me the time and effort to go to the garage which incedently has no customer parking. Customer service is not a priority of this company, so my advice would be to go elsewhere.

Unfortunately we made a human error on this occasion which we whole heartily apologised for. We offered to refund your fuel and source another car or assist with doing so. You declined these efforts to rectify this situation. You were also aware we had various customers already being served in the show room when you turned up. So we could not serve you as soon as you arrived. We did acknowledge you on arrival and said we would be with your shortly. As you parked on our forecourt we are not sure why you made a comment about parking. We understand that you were disappointed and frustrated that the vehicle you were very interested was no longer available but we had no holding deposit from yourself to secure it. We wish you well in your search for a new car but would also welcome a chance to assist in that purchase also. We would like you contact the office on 01923 291500 to discuss this matter further.
Recently bought a car from Bedmond Motor Centre and realised the locking wheel nut key was missing. When I called to ask them for help to replace this they said "You can't prove we sold you the car without a key"

Hi Zoey You have had 9 months of trouble free driving around in the car you purchased from ourselves. After receiving your enquiry saying you could no longer find your nut we did phone a locking wheel nut replacement company on your behalf. Due to the distance you where from the garage and the urgency you needed it. We managed to get them to express delivery the nut to you within two days rather than a having to wait a week. We hope you received the nut in time. For security reasons you had to contact them and arrange the copies of proofs they needed. Please call the office on 01923 291500 to discuss this further.
My vehicle purchased from Bedmond Motor Centre who were excellent almost two years ago has been excellent. I 've just had it serviced for the second time and they really know what service means in both the technical and human variety. Also had my last two MOTs here with excellent results. A first class motor centre with very competitive prices. I would certainly recommend this place and it's cheerful staff.
Very happy with our experience buying Citroen C4 Picasso. Competitive prices, no hard sell and excellent service. Rare to find car dealers this trustworthy. We had a chat about some of the other views here and clear Bedmond acted entirely reasonably.

I am currently in a legal battle with Bedmond Motors, they have refused to honour their legal obligations to either refund the faulty car under the 30 day right to reject law or to repair the car under their 3 month warranty. WOULD NOT USE THIS GARAGE !

I'm sorry you have to deal with Bedmond Motors. I took them to court, The judge found in my favour and fined them. But the time wasted and the angst Bedmond motors put you through is the real crime. They are the worst. They are clearly well practiced at fobbing people off and get away with it far too often. They pay no regard to the law, they should be shut down.
I bought a Vauxhall Astra back in August. The car was sold as described. There were various featured advertise that were not included. The dealers were friendly and the car was a good price though so I would recommend them.

I bought a Peugeot 3008 from here back in August. The car was very nice and clean and in good condition and the dealers were helpful... they did mistakenly send me to a peugeot garage to have an issue fixed which they thought would be covered by the warranty but unfortunately is wasn't so I had to bring it back to them which wasted abut half a day but it all got sorted in the end and i am happy with the car. I would recommend.
