We went to Jason to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was very professional and informative. We felt under no pressure whatsoever and bought the vehicle. As promised it was given a 12 month MOT and 2 new tyres. It also came with a free 6 month warranty. We rang Jason the next day and asked if he could fit new side steps prior to receiving the Jeep. This he did and delivered the Jeep to our home! You don't get service like that anywhere else. So this independent car dealer was a joy to deal with. Thanks Jason!

I had a very specific Jeep in mind (Grand Cherokee SRT8) so visited Jason to look at two that he had in stock. He stood back and let me inspect the vehicles and answered all the questions that I had, and gave a full account of the known history for both, which was very useful in determining which to pick. Jason has a clear passion for this model so has a lot of depth to his knowledge. I was promised a fresh MoT before collecting the Jeep - unfortunately one of the brake discs caused it to fail but Jason quickly rectified the issue at his expense ready for collection. I part exchanged my Renault Clio and in my opinion was offered a fair price for it. The SRT is a bit of a monster so Jason also provided some very warranted health and safety warnings before giving me the keys! Would definitely visit again for future Jeep purchases.

We were looking for a second hand jeep and found Berkshire jeeps online. We rang Jason who sounded very nice and ask if we can view it on a Sunday as we were quite away from where he was and said yes. The jeep was clean and tidy and we were pleased that we bought it there and then. But wait for this Jason himself delivered it to us first thing in the morning which is unusual for a dealer. Big thumbs up for Jason. We highly recommend Berkshire jeeps.

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Berkshire Jeeps a few months ago, it was a second hand, 12 year old car so I wasn't expecting it to be immaculate. But the standard of car that I got was higher than what I would've expected, especially what I paid for it. There has been 2 minor problems with the Jeep since owning it, I phoned Jason and it was dealt with, both times within 2 days. He is obviously a man who takes pride in his business. From start to finish and even the after care has been professional, swift and friendly. Not what you would expect from a second-hand car salesman. It's just a shame I can only rate him 5 stars (deserves much more). Pleasure doing business Berkshire Jeeps.
