Buying my BMW 3 Series from Birchwood Motor Centre was one of the best decisions I've made. After reading their excellent reviews online I knew I’d be in good hands—and they didn’t disappoint. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome with their relaxed and friendly approach, so I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Bought a car a couple months ago and from beginning to end, top notch service and salesmanship. Was happy to buy from Mitchell, no sleezy salesmen tactics, no complaints on my end. Had a couple maintenance issues with the vehicle and they sorted all and any issues, no hassle, quick and effective. Top man.

So far everything is okay with my Kia that I purchased back in September. No complaints.

Birchwood Motor Centre were brilliant and I can't fault the service they provided, but I wish I'd chosen a different car. This is my first time owning an all-electric car, and while the Corsa's lovely, driving really well and in great condition—the electric side is a bit disappointing. The battery doesn’t hold its charge as well as I’d hoped and it seems to drain pretty quickly, though I understand cold weather can have an affect and it's been flipping freezing of late. I’ll see how things go over the next few months before deciding whether to keep it, but as I say, I can't fault Birchwood.

Birchwood Motor Centre is a brilliant place to buy a car from. I can't remember the name of the guy who looked after me but he did everything agreed upon before collecting the car. The Ford Puma was given a once over and all fluids replaced. To top it off, when I got the keys the car looked brand new because they took the time to clean inside and out!

Jamie was absolutely perfect! He made the whole experience so smooth and enjoyable that I’m already planning to come back and trade in my Ford Ranger for another car from this dealership. My new Mercedes has been fantastic, with no issues at all. I can’t give anything less than 5 stars for the great service and quality. Highly recommended!
