Absolutely fanatstic dealership, they are the politest, most helpful and above anything... GENUINE! No breathing down my neck and silly hard selling tactics putting pressure on me. They gave me the keys, showed me to the car and left me to look over and ask any questions when I was ready. The service sold this place to me and the car... well that sold itself! Over the moon and would recommend these all day long!

I went to Birchwood to upgrade my Q3 for a newer one, I love this model and wanted to stick with what I knew. The new Q3 is brilliant, its taken a bit of getting used to as its quite different, much more modern, lots of new tech etc, I'm really pleased with it. I was served by Jamie and he lovely, very very helpful, he went through all the details and documents and was happy to explain anything I asked. I highly recommend Birchwood Motor Centre if you're looking for a reliable genuine dealership.

Really happy with the buying experience, everything was dealt with quickly, swiftly and professionally. Jamie was helpful and so friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure on me to buy the car and Jamie took his time to explain everything about the car so I could make my own decision. I believe it was Mitchell I was dealing with when I was buying my Qashqai, and I've got to say, he was smashing! Right from the first enquiry, up until me driving the car away, he was brilliant. I was allowed to view the car at my own leisure, and take it for a test drive to see if it was the one for me. He got all the paperwork sorted, and got the sale completed within the day. I cannot fault him, or the car one bit, it has been a great experience with Birchwood Motor Centre, and I will be passing on my recommendations to others.

I am absolutely over the moon with my 1 series, it is such a nice car to drive, and looks so clean. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was there waiting for me, and looked immaculate!
