Very helpful salesman I am still awaiting service record and handbook he said he is going to order for me. I needed quick turnaround of vehicle as had taken time off work . The salesman went to great lengths to make this happen. Yes no problem to share.

Recently bought a replacement car from Birchwood after spotting it on Auto trader and making contact with Dean J. Reserved the car and then travelled to view to find this must be the only car dealer with a private test road, there was no pressure and left to my own devices to look at and drive the car, once purchased they resolved some issues and then delivered it, it's early days with the new wheels but I am pleased with it and the service from the sales staff.

great service from Jamie who I have known for many years. But I've had to spend a lot of money as there were issues not identified or properly dealt with. For example, very poor wheel refurbishment. Had to spend £850 getting buckled wheels straightened, and additional metal welded on as the repair had taken too much off the face of the wheel.... also still no second key.

I needed a new vehicle after having an injury and wanted something with a bigger opening, as well as a car I was already familiar with. I’ve had Skodas in the past, so I knew the car, but this time I needed something automatic as it was my left leg that was injured. I came across one with Birchwood and gave them a call. Everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. We agreed that they would deliver the vehicle to me and take mine as a part exchange. I was so pleased when the car arrived, it looked fantastic! I didn’t realise it was actually a limited edition. My wife loves it too. It’s a beautiful-looking car. I don’t do many miles in it, but it’s there when I need it. I felt it was a fair price, and I also got a good price for my part exchange. I’d say both parties were happy with the outcome, and I’m very thankful for how accommodating and pleasant the staff at Birchwood have been.

Really really excellent service from Birchwood Motors. I dealt with Royden who is truly a credit to the company, while I was on holiday and he was brilliant from start to finish, no waiting as soon as i put my enquiry in he called me and got things moving any questions or anything I needed at any time he was there to answer and assist! I received my car today and it is immaculate and exactly as described. If you are in the market for a new car I wouldn't be looking anywhere other than Birchwood Motors! I will 100% be back in the future for my next car! Thank you all so much

We’ve been going to Birchwood for over 40 years and we were one of their very first customers. There is nowhere else I would ever go or recommend. Dean is always on the ball and provides the very best customer service. If we have ever had an issue, it gets sorted quickly with no messing around. They are a very reliable and trustworthy dealership. With my most recent vehicle, I realised once I got home that the aerial was missing. I called up and it was ordered and delivered to us within a day. That is the kind of service that keeps us coming back again and again. Thank you for all the amazing service over the years.

My daughter has had 2 cars from here already, I was really pleased with the experience I have had. Jamie was nothing but helpful. He is really friendly and wasn't pushy for a sale. I would say that Birchwood is now a trusted dealership to me. The car I got I have used a lot already and not one problem has come up so I am really pleased.
