Really enjoying the Fiat Panda. Its a lovely little car and just perfect for what I need. The customer service at Birchwood was fab, all really lovely genuine people. It was online that I found the car and it was a really easy process from there. Id be more than happy to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car, they're great!

I was looking for a new little work car so was browsing online. I spotted the Kia and it ticked all my boxes so I decided to go down to Birchwood and have a look at it. Luckily, I'm pretty local so it didn't take too long to get there. The guys down there were all really welcoming and helpful. I was shown around the car but there was no pressure to buy, absolutely perfect. I cant complain about anything at all about the process. And as for the car itself, its a great little run-around.. just what I needed! Thanks to everybody who sorted me out, much appreciated

Love my new Corsa... it everything I wanted and more!!!!! I picked it up and it was all nice clean and tidy! Smelt so fresh, I got the 'new car buzz'! I've had so much fun in it, it still feels like a new car feels every time I drive it 😁😁

I live around the corner from Birchwood so decided to just have a nosey there one day. I ended up finding a Mercedes that I really LOVED. I thought... its meant to be! So I went for it and aren't I glad I did! Its been perfect, the car I never knew I needed! It drives brilliantly and the buying process was just so smooth and easy. The C Class drives BEAUTIFULLY! I am amazed with the car... my only regret is that I didn't purchase one sooner! This has got to be the best car I've had yet and the customer service... well... like no other! Exceptional throughout. All staff are beyond helpful and so welcoming. I have been recommending Birchwood to anyone and everyone.. so much so that my niece has now bought a Q5 from them! Brilliant dealership, I couldn't speak any more highly of them

I upgraded my M140 to a stunning Audi Q5 a couple of months ago now. Although the M140 was quick, the Q5 is on a different level! Such a luxurious drive and its been gorgeous in the snow too. Beyond pleased with my purchase and am happy that I went to Birchwood also. The customer service was above anything else, absolutely exceptional throughout. I can't really say a bad thing about the guys that I dealt with, they were all fantastic. I had a couple of issues but the guys responded really promptly to this and were happy to get it all resolved for me. I really appreciate the after sales call too. Its not often that dealerships want to know how you're getting on with a car a couple of months down the line. Definitely shows the guys at Birchwood Motor Centre care about their customers!

I've been absolutely loving the Audi A1, its been fantastic since buying! I initially saw the car online and arrange to go down for a test drive. I live a fair distance away but was more than happy to travel for the right car, and this seemed to be just that! I ended up falling in love with it as soon as I saw it, I0 left a deposit on it. They moved really quickly for me and I went back a few days later to collect, I have been over the moon with it ever since, its a fabulous car and literally exactly what I wanted 🤩

Fantastic people selling very high quality cars! I cant tell you how incredibly helpful, polite, professional and HIGHLY knowledgeable the boys are. There isn't a questions they can't answer, they really are very good at what they do, and they enjoy it - you can see that. I cannot fault the whole process of buying a car here, the car is amazing, the service was next to none and the whole experience was so enjoyable!! I bought a Corsa for my for son and thankfully he passed his test yesterday, which is amazing! I'm glad he will be able to enjoy the car fully now! We dealt with Mitchell when buying it and there was no pressure he gave lots of time to look around and ask questions (even though it was clear my son really wanted the car) he never assumed we was buying and still kept the options open. Really excellent from start to finish, it was a personal service and I could tell Mitchell was passionate about what he was doing. I will be back in the future and have already passed on recommendations to friends.
