I believe it was Mitchell I was dealing with when I was buying my Qashqai, and I've got to say, he was smashing! Right from the first enquiry, up until me driving the car away, he was brilliant. I was allowed to view the car at my own leisure, and take it for a test drive to see if it was the one for me. He got all the paperwork sorted, and got the sale completed within the day. I cannot fault him, or the car one bit, it has been a great experience with Birchwood Motor Centre, and I will be passing on my recommendations to others.

I am absolutely over the moon with my 1 series, it is such a nice car to drive, and looks so clean. When I arrived to pick up the car, it was there waiting for me, and looked immaculate! The team were pretty good at helping me and made me feel very welcome. All of my questions were answered, and no question was too stupid. Without a doubt I would definitely recommend using Birchwood, they are a great team, and really look after you from beginning to end.

The buying process at Birchwood works really well. Everything flows smoothly and efficiently. The Polo I bought from here is a cracking car and I have had no problems with it. I have no reservations about returning here in the future or recommending.
