Customer service was great, helpful and friendly team of people. I bought a Ford Smax and I love it, its a really good car, I'm happy. I'm using the car daily and its been perfect. There was a couple of things I picked out on the car, but nothing major and I'm still very pleased. This dealer is over an hour away from me, but I'd happily travel again.

I honestly can not fault Birchwood Motor Centre, the customer service was brilliant, they were very patience with us getting the funds in place, they were constantly updating and communicating with us and just over-all nice people to talk and deal with. Birchwood Motor Centre were absolutely brilliant when I bought my Seat Ibiza!! I click and collected the car a couple of weeks ago. The whole showroom was covid-safe and collection was contact free. The customer service provided was perfect, they made me feel very valued, so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The first drive I did in the Ibiza was to Scotland, so quite a distance and the car was perfect and its been perfect since buying, I'm really happy with it. Although its very far away, I will 100% buy my next car from this dealership, great company!

I was dealing with Mitch at Birchwood motor centre, and he was very good, very professional, he was on hand for anything I needed, great communication and always kept me up-to-date. Mitch even sorted the road tax for me on site - he looked after me. The Corsa was extremely clean when I collected, it had been fully sanitised inside, it was immaculate. I'm loving the car, its a really nice car, as though its brand new, its in good condition, very happy with it.

From the application process to driving away, Paul at birchwood was fantastic!! I applied online at around 4am in the morning and that morning at 10am I was called, we spoke about the car etc and explained my part ex details. Paul was so helpful, friendly and he certainly went the extra mile for me. All the guys there were great, really helpful when I called etc, very polite and professional. The whole process was smooth, quick - no waiting around at all, they got thing sorted in great time. Paul sorted my part exchange quickly, and the Mercedes was pristine when I collected, it was so clean and tidy - inside and out. Very satisfied with the whole process from start to finish.
