The car has been alright, and the experience was spot on.

This is our second time purchasing from Birchwood Motor Centre. We bought a Vauxhall Mokka about a year ago and decided we wanted to upgrade, so we went back to Birchwood and got an MG. The team there are courteous and don’t push you to make a decision, they let you look around in your own time. For that reason, we wouldn’t go anywhere else, and when people ask, we always direct them straight to Birchwood Motor Centre. It’s five stars all the way.

I dealt with Dean on the day of the purchase, he was great. If I needed anything or wanted to ask anything, he made sure that I got what I needed. I was looking online for a Golf, and I’m glad I found Birchwood Motor Centre. It was a really good experience overall.

I came across Birchwood Motor Centre through Startline Finance. I was looking for a Vauxhall Astra. The car has been good other than a slight issue that I have had resolved.

When I purchased the car, after four days I had some issues, but I must say the aftersales was good as they got in straight away to try and rectify the issues. It would have been a 5-star experience if I didn't have to take the car back

I visited the dealership to have a look at the Ford B Max, and the salesman was Luke, who was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. I got to go on a test drive even though we already knew that was the car we wanted. If a car I was interested in became available in the future, I wouldn’t see a reason why I would not return.

My Nissan has been brilliant and I’m happy with it, no issues at all. Jamie’s service was fine, 4 stars only because I'm just waiting on a follow up call to bring it back in for scratches that were agreed at the sale.

Overall had a very good experience in purchasing my first car and would recommend. Tej was my sales person who was very friendly, relaxed and easy to speak to from point of enquiry to sale. All questions were answered and I was price matched against a Ford dealership too. The Motor Centre is right next to Cardrome Learner Centre and I was allowed to test drive here too. Only points of feedback is that some nudging was needed towards chasing some paperwork afterwards but this was all resolved.

This is my first time owning a Nissan Qashqai and I'm loving it. I think Luke was the salesman that looked after me on the day and he was really good throughout. I've got no complaints.

I really like the car, it’s lovely and I’m enjoying it. This was my first time visiting Birchwood Motor Centre, and I think the way they sell is really good. You get to walk around and test drive on your own, so there’s no pressure at all. The only downside is that I’m still waiting on the spare key, it’s been 5 weeks since I got the car and I haven’t heard anything back about it.
