I have just changed from a Ford Focus to a Volkswagen Tiguan, its a massive difference in size, but its soo nice been higher up, its much more practical and comfortable! I'm enjoying the car and loving getting used to everything, its so nice. Jamie looked after me the whole way through, he was so good, helpful and polite, a really nice experience.... I will use again in the future and defo tell everybody too!

When I collected the car the radio wasn't working properly, so a few days after the dealer came and collected the car, fixed the radio and dropped it back off, they were so polite and accommodating with it! I recommend!!

I helped my daughter buy a Focus from Birchwood, she did the majority of the communication about the car and part exchange, but I spoke with the guys down there an numerous occasions and did the finance etc. The customer service was really good, they were always so helpful and friendly, they talked my daughter through everything and thoroughly explained everything. She is absolutely over the moon with the car, she loves it. I will look at Birchwood Motor Centred next time I need to upgrade, very impressed.

Very happy with my Nissan Micra, the price was the best I'd seen for the year and mileage, the car was really clean and shiny when I collected it - just over-all really pleased with everything.
