Purchased a car here & twice taken it in for a service. First time I opted to wait and was left for over 3 hours with no offer of even a drink of water although the showroom was baking hot. 2nd time booked in for 11am and still wasn’t ready at 5pm. Same level of service as last time……customers just get in the way and are treated as a nuisance when enquiring how the long the service will be. Told to wait for an email but never arrived. Won’t be returning for a service or buying a car from there

I arrived at Blackburn Audi with my sister to purchase a vehicle that my sister had wanted. We walked in to the showroom and was not approached by no member of staff. 15 minutes later we decided to go over to the reception and asked for some help in purchasing a new vehicle. We was advised by the receptionist to wait a couple of minutes. As we stood around waiting every member of staff literally walked past us and had not acknowledged me. That’s from people sat at desks behind the glass windows to valeters. So as we pleasantly wait now approximately 30 minutes waiting for assistance in this dealership. No one had still approached to help. Not even offered a seat or a bru. Worst ever customer service experience I have experienced in 34 years of living. Would not recommend to any friends or family nor will be ever returning till the I die… Absolutely disgusted

Avoid at all cost, disgraceful service. When caught out with the lies, they deny all knowledge.

Bought a one owner AUDI SQ5, as soon as I got onto the Motorway, I noticed the wheels were badly out of balance, then whilst braking, the car had a pulsating feel through the pedal. Then to top it all off, the car has had two owners. All matters raised with Blackburn AUDI, and spun various yarns about how extra owners do not affect residuals! I have sent the car back, and even then they messed this up, picking the car up, but not clearing the payment until later! Imagine the shoe in the other foot, yes I’ll take that AUDI, but I’ll pay you later! No offer of remuneration, for the whole experience. You have been warned! Stay away!

Very disappointed Very bad service cars was under warranty the gearbox went only 37000 miles on clock they will not repair . Never go back to Blackburn Audi again

Would never use Blackburn Audi again. Very poor customer service, both from Saj the salesman, and the aftercare team. Stockport Audi every time from now on

Staff with no idea and don’t check there product and as for customer service we’ll there is nt any managers never there pass problem to Junior members of staff as they can’t be bothered worse car buying exsperance of my life never would I use or recommend Blackburn Audi

To be honest not the experience I was expecting from Audi Blackburn. Right from the start I was told the car only had 1 previous owner. Then I was told it had two but it was an ex demonstrator. After I received all the paper work it turns out it had 2 owners and wasn't an ex demonstrator? So typical salesman bull! So right away I've been miss lead. Which would have influenced my decision buying the car. I asked for the car to be delivered to my house. Unfortunately I was on holiday at the time of delivery so my 19 year old sister inlaw signed for receiving the car. The driver got her to sign for it then went to the train station with both sets of keys in his pocket. I had to get a family member to drive across to the train station and find him to get the keys. I called Audi and said I wasn't happy with the service they were very apologetic and offered me £150 good will gesture. I got back from holiday and checked the car over, the car smelled of smoke and there was what appeared to be cigarette ash on the drivers seat and back seat. So I've no doubt the delivery driver had been smoking in the car. I contacted Audi again and they assured me that there drivers don't smoke, and it's company policy not to employ smokers? Really? I'm sure that is discrimination and against the law. Anyway I told them that I was going to have the car valeted and they said they would send a cheque for £100, not sure what happened to the original offer of £150 but at this point I can't be bothered arguing anymore. Nine weeks after buying the car I get stopped by the police. They inform me that the front tinted windows are illegal and I have 7 days to remove them or face a fine. I done some checks online and found out it's illegal to sell a car with front driver/passenger tinted windows. Shouldn't this have been picked up on the 160 point check or whatever it is that Audi do? So that's another £40 and two hours of my time to have someone remove the tiny. So overall not the best car buying experience I've had.
