We are very happy with the car, we even had a long holiday drive with it which went smoothly. So, yes, the car is running more than well. It is definitely 5 star rating for these guys, we've been very happy with the service we had, with the details and all enquiries dealt with very quickly. I honestly forgot the name of the man who went through the whole process with us, but it was the best communication we had, all the questions answered, and the car was ready to go in such a quick time. I was in need of a new car and had been searching online, I didn't know exactly what I wanted until I saw the Audi Q3 that Blackburn Audi had in stock! It looked absolutely perfect and ticked all of the boxes for what I needed out of a car. I came down for a closer look and ended up driving away with it that afternoon. I would definitely rate a 5 star rating, they have been excellent with me from start to finish and I've had no issues since I drove away with it. I would pass on my recommendations to all friends and family and I would certainly use them again in the future when the time comes to upgrade/swap. A huge thank you to Sajid who looked after me through the sale and was only on the other end of the phone (or email) if I had any questions prior or post purchasing!

Great dealership, great staff and great cars.. Prices are always fair or better and I can't complain about the service I get year in year out as a returning customer. I did have a couple issues with the car on this occasion however, these were fixed for me as quick as they were discovered.

We are actually new customers to Blackburn Audi, it was our first time buying a car from them but I can tell you for sure that I am absolutely loving the Audi A1 and will be back when I want a new car in the future. I enjoy every moment I am in the drivers seat, it runs insanely smooth on the roads and is surprising comfortable for a smaller car, its lovely inside with all the techy bits and gadgets. The process itself ran smoothly, I had a gentleman called Stuart carrying the sale and he made it easy and super smooth for us. Hi, I do really enjoy driving my newly purchased Audi A1. I am still figuring things out with the car, more about the technical side of things but I do believe I will get better as time goes on, the more and more I drive it. I haven't driven it that much, I have only been behind the wheel a handful of times, but from what I have driven of it, I have very much enjoyed. All is running well with the Audi A5 that I purchased form Blackburn Audi, its a great car and drives smooth, its a pleasure to drive. I was dealing with a salesman who was called Nick and he was excellent, helpful and friendly from the get go and was always available when I needed! I am overall happy with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I have not a bad word I can say about Blackburn Audi. They came highly recommended by my cousin who bought an A3 from them earlier in the year, they told me the service was fantastic and the car and in pristine condition. I went down and fell in love with an A1 which they had in a really nice colour with sun roof. The car was at a great price and the team in the dealership filled me with so much confidence that I had to take the car. I have had the car for roughly 3 months now and I couldn't be happier. I was especially impressed with how Jonathon called me two days after I took delivery of the car and explained there was some minor damage flagged to the alloys when the car left the showroom and I was given the option of having this resolved free of charge.. I hadn't even noticed the damage which I thought was really above and beyond. Very Happy Customer!
