would buy from Blackburn Audi AVOID! Purchased a Used TT from Neil presale and the purchase was all fine, but seems like there is no aftercare, IE from day 1 the car had issues, which No one seems to be resolving how can a car pass a workshop with light on the dash and warning codes, My local Audi garage is stating this will be a chargeable repair which Blackburn Audi will need to be funding as was like this from collection, as per the guidance from my local garage i have contacted the motor ombudsman service & Informed Audi directly, was really looking forward to this purchase but been nothing but headache, I do hope this can be resolved amicably before anything legal has to take place.

Big well done to Neil the salesman who looked after me throughout the sale, he was very good to deal with. I've owned a couple of Audi TT in the past, but I do love this one, it's been really good.

Even though Scarlett was a trainee at the time, she was great to deal with. She wasn't to pushy and if she didn't know the answer to my questions, she would go off and get the correct information. I would definitely buy from Blackburn Audi again.

The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had to chase a few times but otherwise the sale went well, it was a straightforward process. I knew what to expect when buying my Audi A6, as I had one previously this one just comes with a few upgrades with it being a newer model but it's been great.

Absolutely happy with the car. I’ve lived with it for a month now, and I’m really pleased with the spec is exactly what I wanted. The dealership's support was great, they listened to what I needed, and I don’t have a complaint in the world. Neil the salesman is an old friend, who was professional and delivered exactly what I asked for. My primary decision was based on wanting a hybrid with a particular spec, and they were able to show me some good comparisons to make sure I made the right choice. Also, they were very good at explaining the finance options that suited me best. The overall service was excellent.
