I am LOVING my Mini Countryman, it is a lovely little car and is so comfortable to drive. I am over the moon with it, and will not be swapping for a while, this is the loveliest car I've had for a while! Steve was my salesman during the purchase, he was a really great guy and looked after me very well. He went through the car in great detail, and explained how to use all of its functions, (there is a lot!). These guys definitely deserve the 5 stars, it was faultless from start to finish. I will definitely be recommending to others!

My Mini is absolutely wicked, it is a proper smart car and is so much fun to drive! It is everything I expected it to be and more, it was in immaculate condition and has not give me a single issue since purchasing it. The customer service was really impressive as well, the guys were very professional and friendly and highly informative. The showroom is immaculate, it is a really nice place to visit and makes you want to buy a car by just being there! Steve was a real great help, he answered every single question I had and went out of his way for me. I cannot find a single critique with any of part of the purchase and I have already recommended to a friend, who is going to view a Mini this weekend, so I think I might tag along to take a look around the stock again!

I am L O V I N G my Mini Paceman I recently purchased from this dealership. The car is absolutely brilliant, I am loving every journey I make and am always finding an excuse to go out driving in it! The salesman was a lovely guy and did everything he could for me, he got everything sorted out, all on time as well, he took care of everything leaving nothing for me to worry about! All that was left for me to do was to sign the dotted line! I will definitely be returning to the dealership again, I think I have finally found my trusted dealer!

Steve was such a great salesman he answered any questions I had and was very friendly. He was really down to earth and made me feel really relaxed during the purchase, I was allowed to view and test drive the car in my own time which was nice as I didn't feel pressured then. I have bought cars before and been rushed around the forecourt and barely any help or information, but not here, Steve was incredible. I will definitely be returning again, their service was faultless from start to finish.

I am 100% over the moon with my Mini Cooper, it is an absolute beauty of a car and the condition was immaculate, it looked as if the car had never been touched before!! I have never heard of or purchased from BMW & Mini Direct in the past, but I'm glad I've finally come across them now! The salesman Steve, was such a nice guy and was really helpful, he was not pushy and had the answers to all of my questions, he was very good at his job. My Mini Cooper is a wonderful car and is looking after me well when on the roads. It is a lovely little motor and definitely suits me to a T. The salesman was so helpful and looked after me well. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made the transaction as smooth and simple as possible. I am 66 years old, and in all my years of buying cars, I have never had customer service as good as this. I wish these were around when I was younger, I feel I have wasted a lot of my time and money on untrustworthy dealerships! The customer service provided by Steve was beyond perfection. He was the nicest and most down to earth salesman I've ever met. It was more like having a chat with a friend rather than a salesman. Not once did he try to push a sale on me, instead he just guided me through the purchase and looked after me extremely well! I could talk about how happy I am for hours, I am kicking myself for not using these before, they are everything I have ever wanted in a dealership! I was so impressed that I took my wife back a week later so she could get a new car as well! Steve and co. deserve every penny and every inch of success that comes to them, they are like gold dust in this day and age, and have provided me with an experience I will never forget. I don't think I will need to go back for a good few years, as we are over the moon with our cars, however, I will not be going anywhere else from now on, and will only be recommending these to go to!

If a dealership can top my experience with BMW & Mini Direct, I'd eat my hat! These guys are nothing short of perfection, and have provided me with a car buying experience that will never be beaten. From first entering their showroom I was welcomed with smiles, was offered a drink of my choice and was shown to a nice comfortable waiting area where I explained to them what I was looking for. They lead me away to a car they thought would suit me most. It was like love at first sight! As soon as I saw the Mini Countryman I knew it was the one for me! It was in an outstanding condition, immaculate inside and out, and it was gleaming clean!! The time and effort that had been put into the presentation of that car was highly impressive, I don't think I had seen a car as shiny as it was! They let me take it for a test drive in my own time and didn't try and push any sales on me. It was a really friendly and comfortable environment to be in, I don't think I've ever felt as relaxed as I did with these guys. I am absolutely over the moon with my Mini Paceman. I recently purchased it from BMW & Mini Direct. It is an absolute dream to drive and is extremely comfortable.
